The worst experience I could even imagine.I would rate it with less, than one star.The doctor left the patient during the ongoing treatment, letting him know about it via WhatsApp message ‘there is no use to continue, sorry’Well, now I will just tell you the whole story to make sure you will never choose the clinic for yourself or anyone else.I came to the doctor with a toothache, the doctor found out the inflammation inside the teeth, under the filling, so the procedure was to remove the old filling, to treat the inflammation in the root channel and put the new filling.We had two sessions of treatment and supposed two have two more, however the clinic stopped replying to me while I was asking to arrange the next appointment.Was ignoring me for 3 days, and after 3 days of silence I literally received a WhatsApp message saying ‘WE HAD AN HOD, THERE IS NO USE TO CONTINUE, REFER TO SOMEONE ELSE, SORRY’I was sure there is a mistake, or they sent it to someone else (how can you send something like this to a patient with ongoing treatment). So I started to reply - 1 message, 2, 3, 4 - no answer.So I called, the lady LAUGHING told me that they used more anesthesia while the treatment so they will not continue the treatment.The reason is not that the situation is too serious and they can’t cope (even through the normal clinic will offer the transfer to another doctor, not just FIND SOMEONE ELSE)But the reason here was that they used more anesthesia they had to (WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW)SORRY, WHAT?!Why didn’t you tell me you are using more anesthesia that you have to? Why didn’t you just ask me to pay extra for it?! Why when we left you said you will call us and never mentioned we used more than we should? Why didn’t you even bother to call me instead sending me a text ‘no use to continue like this’?! Why didn’t you transfer us to another specialist explaining him the situation? How you can just abandon the patient who is in under ongoing treatment?!How you can left your patient with A TEMPORARY FILLING AND MEDICINE INSIDE THE TEETH without any explanation just sending a text?!
