This company is closed. They ran away to India with peoples money. Will complain to UAE Government.

No one is answering the phone. I think they ran away... No recommended..

WORST COMPANY!!worked in this company and left this company 2 years ago and till now they have not cleared my dues even though we were in medical crisis even my dad called and sent multiple emails. They dont even pay salaries on time to there working employees even my brother also left bcoz of this issues.. working in UAE for 7 years but never seen such company thats why their pick up are not done bcoz most of employee doesnt get paid. Only 1400 AED is pending which cannot be explained why being a company they cannot pay such small amount.

I tried to call skycom on all numbers, nobidy replied.2 days and this not holidays or weekendsSo after thet used other couriers

Worst service, they call you and dont deliver. You need to follow-up and minimum 10 calls needed to get your package delivered. First bad experience with courier in UAE

Very bad experienced. Not recommended. I sent package from UAE to Philippines and they made it a wrong invoice (USD invoice while operating in UAE) hence, me paying huge tax amount charges when claiming my package and it take two months in the process without any support from this company or necessary action from this matter (and note the shipment fee is quite high and me trusting for fast service delivery) . Very much disappointed.

FOUL LANGUAGE BAD BEHAVIOR. Courier came to collect page, the courier wrote the address the item was to go to. The courier wrote the phone number and address wrong. Called them at 1pm to let them know the info was wrong on the document. They said they corrected it and the courier that has it was called and updated. Package never came. Called and a Indian guy screamed at me calling me a liar and a bitc*. Security camera shows the courier filling out the form. Skycom said they didnt care what the security camera showed. I can f* off and they never delivered my package to me

Absolute worst. They dont call you then document that they attempted to call you. Lie repeatedly. I am Emirati and they make inappropriate comments about my people. Never got my package they sent it back to the shipper because they didnt like me complaining about their service. VILE people

Their customer service is atrocious and they swear at you (profanity) over the phone. Package was lost after only 1 hour of them having it

Very bad service. arranged a car pick up for doc collection. But after 3 days coming with bike messanger and telling to collect the rest of the doc in next day!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!
