The lady who did my eyebrows did a wonderful job, i really liked how clean my forehead and eyebrows looked once she was done. And she made it so painless, cuz usually it hurts alot for me since i have strong coarse hair but she was really quick and made it quiet painless as well.

Not my first time there and always the same problem. The place is extremely dirty, staff is free, sitting in their phone and doesnt care how dusty the room is. First time i came they could not remove my gel polish, the staff was assisting me and doing eyebrows for other lady at the same time, although i made a booking. Of course lack of concentration and no result, i refused from their services and removed gel myself at home. Second time i visited, the place was much more dirty and staff refused herself to remove my gel saying i have acrylic extension while i was explaining that its my natural nails. Well, i know better what i am wearing but once again it tells about lack of professionalism.

Best salon and services

Worst receptionist ever... she doesnt even know how to speak or deal with the client. The way she address customers is pathetic. She actually needs to learn Customer service in order to deal with the clients. The receptionist doesnt deserve that seat as she is unprofessional. I have been their regular customer just because of the workers... Workers their are quite helpful. It was such a disappointing experience this time.

I visited here for Keratine straightening. It took 5 hours and hell of smell and my eyes starts watering very badly but was good when it was done.So I thought all the smell and irritation in eyes was worth it But right after 1st wash it goes... My hair was back to curly right after 1st wash. And when I went to saloon again, the lady who did it said it is the first time Ive seen someone like this and I cant say anything about it...I said I want my money back....She said she will talk to her owner but till date nothing is resolved... Now I visited the salon again and another lady said, the employee who did your straightening left the job and we have checked and found that the products she used in your hair were EXPIRY....And nothing can be done...And we cant refund the full amount that is 400 dhs but you can take services worth rupees 200 dhs... Thats all we can do...Now My question is its not about money...Why you people are so irresponsible?? ?How could you use expiry produts?? ?Seroiusly Miserable....who will take the responsibility if anything bad happens to me because of you people???
