It was a good experience for having nail work, and hair botox, I have to see the results first so I can recommend more fairly, but the staff are friendly and helpful, the quality of the service is good.I paid 500 for hair and nail.Thursday usually the busiest day of the week.

Noura Hamdi salon has very nice services. Although it is busy but they have amazing services. Rana is the salon manager and she is amazing in her services. She provides good consultation for hair services. I love Gloria’s services for waxing and brows. She has a very pleasant personality and a very nice human being.

I highly recommend the beauty lounge, as it is the place to receive all the 5 star services that you are looking for under one roof. The location is accessible and easy to reach. Their 7 service for 157 dhs is amazing. The service isnt diminished by their prices and the atmosphere is always so friendly and loving.

If I could give less than 1 star, i would. Extremely rude staff, over charging, bad results.I have long hair and I was charged 1000aed for only a keratin hair treatment, no haircut with it.After the first wash my hair went back wavy. When I came back to correct it. 4 or 5 of the staff held locks of my hair and discussed for very long in Arabic (I dont speak Arabic) and eventually told me this is it and my hair is fine and refused to do anything more. It was clearly wavy and I wouldnt pay a 1000aed on top of that extra for your recommended shampoo and conditioner for that result.

WORST SALON. This is the one next to sharjah palace hotel. Before taking a package they assure you that we can get anything done , Moroccan bath, pedicure etc. After you do one item they convince you to come another day as they are busy. Im an expat but they only prioritize certain customers. Worst experience and waste of money and time.

Extermely unprofessional staff! Me and my sister went today 8-June-2018 for a simple haircut, we waited 3 hours !!! And when our turn finally came, they informed us that the lady responsible for hair cutting left an hour ago. That was the worst experience ever, extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I would give this salon a zero if possible.
