I really enjoyed my experience in Shade. I did my eyebrows (super clean, and the lady was very friendly), manicure and pedicure (i really like how their staff is trained when it comes to all the trendy nail arts), and eyelash lift (they really took their time and perfected it for me before my holiday!)Their services and staff are very friendly and accommodating, which is something i highly appreciate!

SO DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED! I was a regular customer, bragging about their services to my family and friends, suddenly there was no professionalism I was paying different prices for the same services each time, the prices were going higher!! The staff becoming rude. I literally showed her the price of the full set of lash extensions on your insta page but she insisted that the price was higher which is unbelievable. I don’t think I’ll be going back I’m upset! I book my appointment and even if the salon is empty they make me wait at least half an hour!

It was my first experience in the salon. I went there for eyebrows cleaning and color. The one who did for me she make my eyebrows very thin and not straight.I called the other lady to continue it takes hours just to color and fix what the first one did.. Still unhappy as a the color is not good. Was the worst experience and bad mistake to go there.

First time for me and it will be my last time.As i know when you come first time they should welcome you good. The Manager was there , didnt welcome us . Has attitude. Not even smiling.There was a package to do three things and pay 350 + taxes.I agree to pay 350 even i only put color on my hand. The lady who works in the Saloon try to explain to the manager that i will pay 350 and do the pending next time free. We agree on that.I surprised when i go to pay the package that the manager raised the total to 400.Its look like that the manager not only didnt understand English .she has attitude as well.The mabager didnt care for the customer. She only care for self. I asked them for the owner number they didnt give me. The Manger should treat the customer good and nice , not give attitude.

My go-to salon in Sharjah.I always do my manicures and pedicures there, they’re the best! They have a wide range of nail polish colors and they’re very good at nail art.I also tried their hair treatments, hair cuts and hair styles.They’re professional and clean, the staff is always friendly and nice.

Absolutely horrible service and super unprofessional. We had booked a week before for makeup and hairstyle (please keep in mind they informed us that full makeup and full hairstyle including everything will cost max 500dhs) and on the day they informed an hour before that one of the makeup artists is not coming, so we had one makeup artist doing 3 faces. Bear in mind that we had our cousins wedding at 6 and our appointment was booked for 1 pm. Aside from this, the usual practice at any salon (at least those Ive been to for the past 27 years in the UAE) is wash the hair ahead of styling it, which they did after us asking for it. Makeup artist was okay, good work, asked if we wanted lashes were like yeah sure. Finished everything, went to payment, and surprise, 45 DHS FOR HAIR WASH PER PERSON AND ANOTHER 50 FOR LASHES. It was 5.30 at the time and were barely able to make t thanks to the last minute cancellation of the makeup artist, we argued that no one had mentioned anything about any additional payments during our calls nor throughout our stay at the salon. We eventually paid as we couldnt argue over the horrible service and absolute unprofessional behaviour of both the receptionist and the makeup artist who conveniently canceled last minute. Cherry on top: our hair styles lasted maximum an hour. So Shade UAE, thanks for ripping us off, the seriously bad service, and the below average looks. Unfortunately we didnt have a choice and it was our fault we made a hasty decision and went to a salon after trusting Instagram. Never again. But hey, at least we enjoyed the wedding.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!EXTREMELY BADLY MANAGED, OVERPRICED and unprofessional!!! Ive visited this salon twice, got the exact same treatment and paid two different prices. They make up prices on the spot and overcharge unecessarily.I asked for a quote at the beginning for an overall colour and they said 650 AED! While only 200 for a root colour makes no sense. My friend had been the week before and they told her a different price for the exact same length of hair as me. Both of my friends have stopped going there and choose other hairdressers as they had the same problem with overcharging for services and inconsistency. Management dont know what they are doing and extremely unprofessional do not waste your money here.

They did charge me for cleaning my nails although I asked her to file it a little bit the should tell the prices from the beginning because most of the salons do not charge for filing, 10/10 hair dye , 7/10 nail color, zero/10 for the cashier woman.

The service is very poor , i booked an appointment on the phone and once i reached on time , they said i have to wait in que and gave me ticket number , they said i have 8 people before me , the question raised by me and other ladies why should i book a time slot an appointment and then wait in line , its the opposite meaning of appointment from 4 till now 6:15 im waiting they waisted my time and i will definitely reach my sister wedding late ,,
