Worst salon I’ve ever been. If there was a rating less than one star I would definitely use it.I went there to trim my beard , there were 7 staff , they said only two of them can do beard trimming, the rest do hair only!!! (first time in my life I hear this)One of those two was busy and the second one refused to do his job.I told his colleague to fix the situation and they started talking in their local language leaving me just watching and not understanding anything.A very uncomfortable environment.I asked for their manager number, they gave me a leaflet with a number on it , I called the number several times, a week later still no reply.I would never think to go to this place again, it It was a horrible experience.

Trimmers is loosing its charm. You guys really need to work on your customer service.I have called them couple of times to get an appointment on my desired time, however I did not get it. Moreover I went to outlet (@3:40 PM), unfortunately the person is unable to give me concert answer if I can get my haircut done today (11/05/2021) even I come back later at 8 PM. Really disappointed with such attitude.

I went to them around a month ago to trim my 1 year hair growth with shaved sides I had done earlier, I explained to the barber how I wanted my hair, while I was telling him he would pull my hair so much it started to hurt. I told him to trim this much and he did from the front, as we started going around the sides he insisted on doing it the way he wanted to when I explicitly told him how I wanted it and that was the way I always did, he ended up doing the sides the way I wanted to after 2 minutes of me telling him to. Then when we reached the back I showed him a picture of how I wanted it (A picture of me 6 months earlier) it was really clear but he told me im gonna look like dora, when I told him do it like the picture he told me no, I told him again then he gave me a look and said fine. Before we started i asked him if he knows what he is doing, he said yes, midway I asked him again and he said yes, then when we finished he showed me how it looked like with a mirror and it looked nothing the way it was supposed to, he did the back the way he wanted to because I couldnt see it and tell him to stop. The back was 6 inches before I cut it and in the picture it was a bit over 3 but he cut it to less than an inch. My whole haircut is completely unproportional, the front is 4-5 inches but the back is less than an inch long. When I stood up he had the nerve to tell me finally. I should have yelled at him and called him stupid and left without paying him. I have already told my friends and parents what he has done and they wont be visiting the place anymore. Make sure all the barbers at your place read this message and to the one who cut my hair, nobody asked for your opinion and because of you I have to get a whole new haircut and that means cutting all of my long hair off, I hope your hair falls off and you lose your barber licence. If the shop would like to see pictures of what I showed him and the result he gave me, I will gladly email you or send you it via WhatsApp, also add in a description of the barber so you could talk to him.

A bit expensive than other branches. Friendly staff with good customer service.

The employees are more keen on trying to sell their products and asking for tips even before they give a decent hair cut. They do a bad job and try to cover up it with comb and blow dryer. Very unprofessional.

Believe or not, big brand like Trimmers, Evey branch have different charges! And 100% the quality of the services are same the said because of the different rent of the properties really!!! Is it the costumer problem?!!
