I have been going here for almost 5 to 6 years (Both Rolla and Al Qasmia) and I am very satisfied with all their services. I did my first hair cut here and continuing it here for years. Wonderful staff and the owner takes the feedback directly from the customers and works on improvement. I would definitely recommend this place for a wonderful experience.

Past 2 years i’m visiting this parlor, recently i have visited qasmia branch to do my hair protien treatment and facial both sevice was very very satisfied especially facial massage was very professional… i haven’t got this experience with other parlors… you guys are doing grt wrk.

Extremely disappointed on the haircut..I dont know how people rate 5star for such poor services..pls never ever visit this saloon if you really dont want to waste your money and time.they give promotions on social media with some social media stars and are trying the common people out here. Very very poor service and they keep arguing on their faults..I went for a haircut and it was terrible.they chopped off half of my hair and keep saying that the hair was damaged.There was an other customer who came for a hair treatment and the same thing happened with her too..the lady was abusing the saloon people for it.NEVER EVER GO THERE PLS..Such a disappointment it was..

Hi , really liked the service.. its worth the drive from dubai to sharjah.. have done organic hair botox at multiple salons and really recommend them.. one for the products they use and the application.. they take care of the hair and for them its not time bound that they are in a hurry to finish which I appreciate as i would prefer care over hurry.. if i were living in sharjah would definitely been my first choice for regular services.. however for me organic hair botox means roses hair dew.. friendly staff and very professional service...check out..

After keratin hair becomes like straw and severe hair breakage..they wont admit their faults and keep on arguing.. They have no idea how to do keratin for virgin hair /color treated hair/damaged hair.. Very poor service and they spoiled my hair...I had to chop off my hair.. So ladies.. Dont spoil ur hair.. Worst saloon in uae...

I went here for haircut. They made U cut which was ok but no styling was done after haircut and charged 40 AED for that. Totally disappointed.

Hello, I am very diappointed with your service and miscommitment.your staff is very unprofessional, unskilled and no quality work........The time I visited mentioned them I want this way hightlight with hair cut...They told 100 aed for the highlight and 30 for the U haircut.....First they took so long time the result was nt good as same then they reapplied so charged extra prices.....you should tell before proceeding and they are denying I told half length where I showed them the pic I wanted.....Kindly do tell me be honest and precise before providing the certain service....when the services are started they go by their choice and mind .....later as per the customer wants charge extra them.....Al marasim saloon is the best....Ombre hightlight of any length and any colour for 150 aed ... They dont miscommit and charged extra ....They have arabic customer so they provide best quality, service, skillful and professional staff....I regret to visit your saloon this was my first and last time .....My nearby family and friend I will advise them not to visit you, waste their time and money to experiment...
