I did nail services here and they were very efficient and clean. The staff are very knowledgeable about nails and also in shaping. You can call them or book online and they always have availability. They have variety of nail polish brands including Essie and opi.

Yesterday I went to do blow-dry in Matajer AlJuraina. As my appointment was with the special hairdresser Ms. Norshan. I appreciated her work. She always doing great work from her heart. Also, she is very professional in hair coloring as before she colored my hair and I was so happy with the result. I recommend her to my friends and family. If I will visit this branch again, sure will be for hair services only. She is so kind, professional, respectful and advice her customers with the best products in the salon that can help them for healthy hair. Thank you Norshan and God bless you.

I went with my sisters and I paid for them, the manager of Matager AlGuraiah branch gave a figure to pay on a piece of paper! When I asked for the details, she said I’ll print it later and she didn’t!!I came back home to find out that services are overpriced and overrated!!Manicure & pedicure were normal although we took the special treatment!The eyebrow shaving was a disaster!! And they were convinced it was good!!Terrible expensive experience before Eid! :(

Excellent service, full hair colour balayage by Nourshan, absolutely amazing colour and no damage.

For the last few months and Up until today I was a every two weeks customer of this branch. Asha is amazing with her services. I was hugely disappointed today and felt ripped off by the charges. In addition to Ashas services I asked for a quick neck shave in two places as my hair is growing back and i wanted a straight line. This took the hair stylist less than 5 minutes and I was charged 150AED for that. When I queried it at the payment point I was patronisingly told that I should ask before I get a service what the price is. 150 AED for less than 5 minutes! Thats the price for a standard trim of an entire head. Also, I had gel removed and a standard pedicure after. In previous visits my gel removal was free with the standard pedi or mani the week after as i had the gel done at the same branch. Today the rules changed and I was charged for it as well. This last one is an annoyance but I am outraged by the hair trim charge. I wont return and they have lost an every two weeks customer due to their inflexibility.

I went to Zero 06 branch, I had very bad experience which is my second visit to this salon. I asked only for polish/color which is very simple thing for a professional salon but it disappointed me. So bad in putting the color & more than 3 times I requested her to remove it but it doesn’t work. Anyhow, the price was very high for a very poor service 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. I will not recommend this salon for any oneI

I have visited the branch in Matajer Aljuraina. It was my first visit and the last! It was a nightmare, I only asked for a hair color not full hair but part of it and it was already bleached. First of all the smell of the water was like sewers. She kept pulling my hair so hard while putting the color and her hands pressure were so heavy on my hand, instead of relaxation, she gave me headache. No one dry a hair with a towel aggressively like that, no one. Plus there is no need to put the heat so close to my head if I only asked to dry it. Overall I paid 300dh for what? Over high price for a very poor services. I got out of that place so annoyed. Ill never recommend this place to anyone.

I was v happy with my manicurist Joan. She spent a lot of time helping me choose my color and then gave me a v good manicure. She was sweet and personable, I would like to recommend her to everyone.

I had a horrible experience here yesterday. Went to do my eyebrows (which I have been growing for 2+ years) and the lady there REMOVED SO MUCH HAIR!!!!! I was very upset and didn’t continue the rest of the services I came to do. This branch has a major issue with quality and I sincerely hope that they fix it.

First time I go to nstyle salon and they recommend me for hydro facial which is amazing and I have very sensitive skin but after the facial i dont feel any irritation its amazing and all the staff and services is excellent I really want to visit every time

The staff are kind every time I go. The technicians rotate regularly so when you find one you like, shell be gone before you know it. I get frustrated that they are constantly asking if I want additional services, it spoils the experience to be asked repeatedly. The location is convenient and its easy to just walk in without an appointment.

I recently booked an appointment for a neck and shoulder massage along with a gel manicure. While the massage exceeded my expectations, the manicure definitely not worth the cost. This is because the technician tried to speed up the process, while not making sure the gel had properly set. Two days later, two of my nails had completely lost the polish, which fell off off in one piece. I went back to the salon where another technician corrected the problem. Her name is Angie and I recommend her if youre wanting gel. Five days later, my all remaining nails lost their polish, except for the two that Angie did. Overall, the gel manicure was not worth the money.

I came here in a pinch thinking that I would have a good experience taking into account all the good reviews. I got acrylic nail extensions, but sadly, the application was very badly done and the nails started to chip off within 2 days. They didnt even last me a week, so I got them removed elsewhere.If a customer chooses to pay a higher price for a service, it should satisfy the customer. Definitely would not recommend or go again for acrylics. Very disappointing, to say the least.

I visited the salon approximately four times. I like the quite atmosphere and it is very relaxing. Also, the employees are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. The service is great and you will end up being satisfied with the result. However, keep into consideration that it is a bit costly ( incase your on a tight budget). Give it a try if your around the area.

It was such a great experience. The team whom they took a great care where very professional and they provide me with such an important advance in the way that I should take care of my hair. Sangita as a supervisor was supporting in such a great way with the very inergatce vapper .Anna, Pamila, Ganice they were amazing in all aspects . Will come back, and higgly recommend.

Since October 2017 I have been visiting nstyle. All was going well till Jan 2020 when they started adding extra charges in the bill. And they dont follow a transparent billing system. On enquiring it turns out that the technician is charging those services without disclosing it to the clients.I bought packages which dint reflect in my account summary and these the packages were sold with extra perks and when i want to redeem those, I am being charged! All employees Sangeeta, Sumayya (LEFT NOW), Jenice and now Sivika at Juraina n zero6 branch are religiously doing this.NStyle should look into this unethical, unprofessional and corrupt practice.

I went to the Matajer Juraina branch with my sister two days before Eid for gel overlay and the job was badly done we both had to go back the next day to get it fixed. I’d give them credit for admitting their fault and not charging us to get the gel overlay redone. However, about a week later my sister had an issue with one of her nails and went back to get it fixed. Turned out that she got a fungal infection on all of her nails! We still don’t know what caused it cos my nails are fine. When she called customer care the lady who answered the call seemed to refused to acknowledge their fault. We still don’t know how it happened because my sister didn’t get any nail treatments since before Ramadan. So obviously, either their technician had fungus or the tools were not sanitised. I would definitely get my refills done somewhere else and I would advise everyone to be careful before making the decision to getting their nails done at this branch or probably at any branch related to this salon in general.

I can only speak to NStyles nail and waxing services as those are all Ive tried here. Both have been excellent and of the highest quality. The technicians work with the utmost hygene (very important to me), and do a very good job. Asami works magic with my nails: regular manicures last 4-5 days and gel manicures last 3 weeks! Shes also lovely herself. The only annoying this about the salon (and I think this is the brands fault and not the staffs) is that staff members constantly try to push their other services on you (massage, lash extensions, hair cuts, threading, etc). This is bothersome and can ruin an otherwise relaxing experience.

I booked basic mani and padi with eyebrow trimming. Arrived and the technician suggested doing treatment padi and I agreed. Ms. Nadine (I hope I’m getting then name correctly) came then and said it will be good to do mani & padi treatment and talked about it’s benefits. I asked how much for both and she said 290 and I will give you free back massage. I agreeded to that. However, the bill was 700!!! Why? They charged 490 for the treatment and they also charged for back massage!!! Ms. Nadine insisted that she said the treatment was 490 NOT 290 and that I heared wrong! So, in this place the customer is wrong it seems and they are always right! She said the back massage was free and they will remove it from the bill. Why was it included in the first place!! She said 290 is just for padi treatment! BTW, when the tech suggested the padi treatment I didn’t ask about the cost. Anyway, she still insisted I hear wrong!! And finally gave I think 20% on the total bill. Needless to say, I’m not coming back to this place again! And whoever wants to go there: ask for written prices NOT verbal ones. It’s really shame cause the girls were so nice and their workd is great!
