I want to specially thank Rashida, shes so professional and helpful every time I do some service with her Im always satisfied, and today she even stayed over time happily just to do the service for me I was asking her to hand over to someone else as I felt bad to keep her more time but she refused and continued and was extremely warm & friendly until the end..Thank you Walili saloon for having such dedicated and polite staff like Rashida

They’re friendly, time efficient and their prices are reasonable, however you have to tell the lady in advance that she shouldn’t “double dip” in waxing

Staffs should practice better customer service especially the 2 filipina. They dont know how to answer and deal with queries 🙄🙄

UPDATE: The Salon refunded the price of the application of the gel.So disappointed in the gel nails for manicure and pedicure. Only four hours after leaving the salon the gel is rubbing off on everything. The application was rough and patchy. The nail is sticky as it wasn’t top coated or wiped off. I won’t be back to this salon. It’s a pity because their other services were ok. But paying 250AED for something that doesn’t even last 5 hours and is supposed to last two weeks is just st ridiculous.

I came at 4:30 exactly and asked for pedicure, they starting doing my nails at 6 and after that I asked for gel polish I waited 30-45 more minutes just to get my nails done. Another customer walked in and they took her instead and got her nails done instead of me that I’ve been waiting for so long my gel polish didn’t look good it’s so messy and not neat.

This for only ladies very very good nice

Good for hair services.. but the boss always talks to her staff in a bad irrespecutful way in front of the customers which is embarrassing for all and unprofessional... It happens in front of me in every visit.Staff is also very insisting in making you buy extra packages and services.

Not recommended , I paid 750 dhs for coloring only for very short hair plus the color turn to orange next day . More over they consist to buy their products around 1000 dhs !!!

I tried many times to contact the salon director to talk to her about my problem, but every time Madame Fairouz does not come to the salon because she is busy and every time They ask me to leave my mobile number and they will answer me, but unfortunately every time they do not call me backToday I decided to go to the salon to talk to them, and unfortunately I dealt with the utmost lack of taste and manners from the Egyptian Azza, as well as the Moroccan sister who works there almost expelled me and said to me, we have no words, and we are not empty for you.
