Outstanding service,Professional advisors.very reasonable service rates

Zero professionalism, especially in reception area the one philipino lady attending phone calls, this guys are assigned one service advisor once u submit ur car for repair to follow-up the repair progress and update the issues and problems but the one assigned for my car repair (Ahmed) he dont want give any work progress handover and even he will change his words many times, they dont have proper work progress communication between reception area and service advisor,When u called them for for work status they tell u different answers and they will change there words any time.I dont like to suggest any one to this place

They are slow in work, very good in customer service, in general they are medium rating or 6/10

Worst place to repair your car! Zero credibility, they change their word hundred times. No time respect, they make you wait weeks just for a work that takes hours outside. Not professional at all and overpriced.

Extremely bad experience,especially reception area and service advisor, they dont respect their word, it will change hundreds times (ahmed :service advisor, receptionist philipino lady) ...Management try to bring better professional people

I visited the place no reception and there is only one sales representative who is always busy and has no interest in serving you. After waiting long time I left and the sales person did not care at all because they have enough business from insurance companies thats why they don’t care about me as a customer.

Poor Customer Service.. No update on vehicle ( status of work / insurance approval / availability of parts / estimated delivery time )after it was dropped off for works even after 3-4 days.

Mirshad at reception is very professional and his follow ups are really awesome. I got my car on time after repair. Everything is perfect. The best thing is flexible timings, you can drop and pick your car anytime through security.
