Was a little skeptical before leaving the car, as the timelines given made me feel like I would be parting with my car for a long long time. But once they took the car they worked pretty fast and delivered in the commited timeframe. Very happy with the service and specifically with extremely friendly Mr. Yasir who was actively updating on the status of the repair.

Not as good.I gave them my car (2011 Honda Crosstour- covered under insurance) to repair after an accident (my car insurer -Oman Insurance had sent me there)A month after I got my car back, I noticed that the rear camera tended to dislocated quite often.When I investigated more, I came to realise that in an attempt to remove the rear glass from the rear panel (rear panel was damaged in the accident as the other car has rear-ended mine)- they broke the camera holder and just lousily stuck it with a small double tape to cover-up their act at the time of returning my car. And the poor double tape wore-off in a month.Apart from that they didnt fix the stepney holder that had deformed as result of the accident. I had went back to them later - asking them to fix it, but they politely refused to work on it.

Repair Service - Poor services in their coordination with the insurance companies, even if your insurance has sent the approval they do not get the paper work done. You have to leave the car and no one is following up to ensure that the work approvals are smoothly passed on . Each time you call they tell you the work will get done and no definate time line. Why does al futtaim not have a process in place for these units

Depressing place really bad vibe to begin with,staff are okay doing their best with minimal equipment,i wont recommend this place to my worst enemy to be honest,its a shame a brand like Toyota is tied up to this establishment,i believe they need to take a Picnic trip to Al Tayer work shop (ford) in located in Sharjah Mohammad bin zayed road and learn quality :)

Left the car in sharjah body shop on Tuesday 10AM(3/9)and insurance company didnt receive the quotation until Wednesday noon and they (orient -an alfuttaim group)took another 24 hours to approve on Thursday evening.Again on Sat morning body shop personnel says though the quotation is approved they are still waiting for LPO and expected on Sunday(15/9/19) because insurance co is off on saturday, So effectively the repair will start only on sixth day. Very pathetic and highly deplorable attitude by a so called reputed automobile company (Body Centre serial no 73593)
