My wifes new car had an accident and we had to take service from Honda Bodyshop Sharjah and there service was very good and fast response. Also they delivered the car after service on time and quality of work was good too. Overall thumbs up for good service and response....keep the good work

UNFORTUNATELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE, I DROP MY CAR FOR A SMALL DENT DUE TO AN ACCIDENT, THEY KEPT THE CAR 9 DAYS ONLY FOR INSURANCE APPROVAL AND USED MY CAR FOR PERSONAL USE (SHOPPING WITH GIRLFRIEND). MY HUSBAND AND I FOUND MAKE UP ITEMS IN THE CAR WHICH DOESNT NOT BELONG TO ME NEITHER HIM. DRIVER SEAT AND PASSENGER SEAT ARE ALL ADJUSTED AND DASHBOARD RACK WAS ALL MESSY, GARBAGE AND SAND FOUND ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WHICH SHOULDNT BE THE CASE IF ONLY ONE PERSONAL FROM BODY SHOP HANDLES THE CAR.I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUYS FOR FIXING YOUR CAR SINCE AM NOT CONFIDENT ON WHO IS USING YOUR CAR FOR PERSONAL USE.

A month ago i drop my car for fixing it after an accident, the most unforgettable experience is it took 1 month to fix it with continuous follow up and the most worse thing is that they use my car for personal use and i found it through my dash cam that the car has been for shopping in the mall with their family where it is suppose to be in honda body shop sharjah, i spent 1 month riding taxi and they enjoyed my car shopping with their family. I went to the body shop taking the video from my dashcam but had no luck to see the manager.

After repair they polished my car nd scratched with polishing machine nd now they are refusing nd saying its black car we cant do it better workers are not professional😡😡

Stay away from these guys if you can at Honda body shop Sharjah behind LULU hyper market, I was sent to this place by Honda Service Center Sheikh Zayed Road due to a small dent on my car caused due to an accident and which unfortunately cannot be fixed by Honda ALL over dubai that’s one of the worse thing ever. Honda don’t have any body shop to fix in Dubai, And after handing over the car to them in Sharjah the car was held for 10 working days with no update and they never answered calls. If they answer they would say the insurance did not approve for 10days, I end up taking my car without fixing it 😡These guys are there to spoil the name of Honda or Al Futtaim itself.I honestly prefer the Renault service centers and body shops who makes the things faster than honda cars I used, Honda service’s must be improved for better like renault.

I had a very bad experience with Al Futtaim Honda Body Parts SharjahI changed my windscreen and found there is a black spot on screen and I submit again for replace they put same screen and said we replaced when I showed them same spot than they asked me to drop the car it’s around 5 months my problem is not solved.Secondly I repaired bumber by them the corners of bumbers are not fixed properlySide mirror is vibrating since I repaired by themHonda Al FuttaimVery very bad 😖
