Nice and quiet place, staff is well experienced and cooperative. Travelling is bit difficult these days. One thing that would be helpful if told prior to proceed to airport was the information required on hand for security purposes questions. That took an hour of me to gather them.

Empty no customers but only person in attendance managed to be both rude and unhelpful

This is not Emirates air line original office they are just travel agent they are misguide the customer and always telling lie and after that denied from thier statement I have very worst experience during my visit I saw thier several passengers are fighting with the staff due to thier bad customer behavior means During tickets booking whatever they will tell you all are fake and wrong statement after that customer will suffer more they only want to make money from customers really they are all staff spoiling Emirates air line reputable name if you want to visit plz avoid these persons ..one Indian person second one Arabic speak lady and third the one of most professional lier the kerella lady I think she is supervisor.

Office is located in sharjah crystal building. Parking available near the building. I was dealt with Mr Jonas from Kerala. He was very helpful, have peace mind ready to give advice to all my query.

All the employees were nice except for an Arab employee who was not wearing a mask, she was using the mobile at work and talking on WhatsApp, and her voice was loud and her way was very rude , and when I told the manager what happened, the employee said that she was screaming because of the mask, so that She makes us hear (she lied about the mask), she wasnt wearing a mask , She wore it before the manager came and the manager apologized for what happened ,جميع العاملين كانو لطفاء باستثناء موظفة عربية ، لم تكن ترتدي قناع كورونا ، بالاضافة انها كانت تستخدم الموبايل اثناء تواجدنا و تتحدث على الواتساب ، و كان صوتها مرتفع و اسلوبها فظ و سيئ جداً ، و عندما اشتيكت للمديرة بما حصل ، قالت الموظفة انها تصرخ بسبب الماسك ، لكي تجعلنا نسمع و كانت تكذب بشأن ذلك لانها لم تكن ترتدي ماسك و لبسته قبل مجيئ المديرة ،و قد قدمت المديرة اعتذاراً عن ما بدر من هذة الموظفة ، المديرة لطيفة جدا و عبرت عن مدى سوء تصرف الموظفة …
