Office for name sake, never pick up call. pathetic, i wonder why Air India tolerates and keeps such employees. I need to know whom to report this irresponsible behavior of these office and staff.

Most stupid airline ever, they not return any refund incase ur flight got cancelled or you do cancel by yourself, there is no refund except lollipop,

Must be the worst airline company I ever had to deal with. They don’t have any office in Dubai abd you need to call the Sharja office. Most of the time no one ever replies. Their website is terrible. I am forced to call to India long distance to get the job done. Sadly my staff have no other choice except this company due to their destination otherwise I would have boycotted air India forever.

Went to rebook the ticket taken before Covid starts. Ticket fare was more than the earler purchased ticket.. but a nominal service charge only taken. Good move by Airindia..👍

This is just outside Salah Al Din Metro station close to fish roundabout. Check the pictures I posted to find the opening hours before you go as timings on locations were not updated properly.Make sure you carry cash as they dont accept card payments. Almost all the airlines do OK to Board online / over email whereas in the digital world today, Air India force people to visit their office to do ok board. This is not acceptable. On top this they charge AED 35 and only by cash.I hate air india expect for the food they serve inflight. Please make sure to carry cash and check the timings (from the picture i posted) before you plan to visit

The reason behind the company is going under loss is because of its worst employees. telephone numbers are not answered, so i personalty visited to the sharjah office and called them the phone is ringing but no one answering in front of me , reception guy is making person call and no one cares about the customers.

Quality of chairs in cabin is very bad..they have to make some changes for better performance

Nice place to get served for Air India and Air India Express travelers. Friendly staff and good service. Paid parking is always available. Roll area in Sharjah is always a rush and moving place. Timing is good from 9am to 9pm.

No answer to te calls waste of time

Called this place multiple times, the few times I actually got through I was put on hold for 20-25 minutes and then the phone disconnected

I have not visited the place but when ever I called for some query chance of getting answer is very less you can say 5% only.

I would prefer giving no stars
