Do you know that the average time waiting for your agents to answer the phone is 10 minutes plus ?After waiting 17 minutes 20 seconds your agent answered my call and instead of an apology he was rude that i complained about the waiting time, I asked a question about UAE nationals and he suggested that I check with UAE embassy IN UAE or consulate in UAE and they will answer the question !I don’t think that the same country have a consulate or embassy ! He put me on hold to double check with another department after 5 other minutes on hold he said he doesn’t have any information and I should check with ministry of interior !I wonder if this is the correct customer service Air Arabia wish to provide because as far as I know you are among the best airline it’s a shame that your agents aren’t well trained to handle an inquiry call !

WENT TO PAY THE AMOUNT FOR A TICKET I BOOKED , ( LOCATION NEAR THE SAUDI MOSK THAT AIR ARABIA OFFICE ) , the female staff ( she was a malayali i think , but was speaking english ) who was serving me , i was happy with her service , but then one another customer came to ask her something , her way of talking was not at all good .also another fe-male staff 1 seat away from me , also i think is a malayali , her way of speaking with the customer i felt was not good at all , was speaking with a lot of pride and had a very disturbing tone the way she spoke .....

Worst airline of all time , took my very first flight on feb 26 flight G9627 that faced “a technical problem” while it was actually already on the runway with all the passengers me included , got us all trapped inside for 4 hours till it was resolved and we waited inside the plane not even off it,till they fixed it and arrived extremely late... and now tonight on flight G9621, supposed to fly an hour ago and we are all still at the gate 🤦🏻♂️ last time to ever fly with them, avoid by all means
Worst airline ever experienced, the staff at check-in at Sharjah airport made a mess ending in missing the return flight for me and my family on my birthday.Once they acknowledged their mistake in holding us for 90 minutes, it was too late, so we missed the flight. They didnt care much, got rid of us as per standard procedure, rebooking for a night flight with 10 hours delay and sending us to the so called transit hotel - a standard hotel, they said - which really is a bunch of dungeon cells with no windows and no services at all, our passports kidnapped by hotel staff until check-out.Very upset, nothing of Arabian friendship seen anywhere, just uncompetent airline officers making a poor service to a country which pretends to support its future economy growth on tourism industry.

No doubt that this is low cost flight.but I was disappointed during my first and last journey with air arabia.I was flying from Gizan saudi arabia to Kathmandu nepal via air arabia and my transit point was at sharjha airport.I have been checked in from Gizan airport and went to Sharjha airport inorder to get connecting flight to Kathmandu. After waiting about 7 hrs at airport while my flight departure time came I went towards Mentioned gate by airport authorities because I had already boarding pass from Gizan airport for next flight. I had one hand bag with me I was moving towards get for final security check suddenly few air arabia staffs having manual weight machine where they are stopping the passengers ang taking weight of their hand baggage . they stopped me at same place and took weight of my handbag which shows about 13 kg, while allowed hand baggage is 10. then they ask me to pay additional charge for extra 3 kg which cost about 100 SAR but I strongly refused to pay because I had brought 3kg sweets from duty free.after many discussion they told me to remove excess 3 kg things from my bag but I refused too finally they allowed me to go without payung extra ccharges. But I was standing for a while at same place then I found that the air arabia staff is collecting money from passengers and keeping on his pocket without issuing any invoice. They just attached one Tag on the bag . My question is No doubt that air arabia mention the permitted weight of handbaggage but is this right place to take weight of hand baggage of passengers? Is this a professional way of getting charges of excess baggage? is that amount reach to airarabia company or that will be personal properties of tgose staffs?during my returning flight after one month the flight departured 30 min late from Kathmandu due to traffic flow at there which is normally occaring there. after reaching sharha airport its about 1:30 pm and my connecting flight to Gizan was at 1:45 which was missed. Then we went to transfer section we(there were another 4 persons with me) were informed that next flight will be after 24 hrs. After few request they provide us one vouture for a lunch then we went to dedicated restaurant located near sharjha dutyfree. After standing about 5 min at restaurant counter we got packed meal(biryani) which was not fresh. Then we went again to the Transfer section and they given us one vouture for hotel. We went to the transit hotel located inside Sharjha airport. Hotel staff shows one room which was not looks as hotel room from any angle. Air arabia provided us a hall where 4o nos of beds on one hall as i uploaded on pictures, no properly house keeping done.Not organizeed. I spend about 20 hrs on that hall and fly back. to gizan. 😈
Best Budget Airline available the flight mostly operated on Airbus 320 types have loads of leg room which makes ones journey really comfortable not to mention I have never been delayed.
