I would like say that . There was a lady staff who was working today around the corner 10pm in hamra mall .( Filipino staff) her customer service was nil and she doesn’t know what customer service about . She was very rude and arrogant .and I want to mention this is not my first time in hamra mallI have met lovely staffs who was giving and excellent service . And I’m disappointed that this much reputed company is having such type of staffs who doesn’t even know what is customer service and customer satisfaction

I would like thank the staff of this branch, I live in Al Hamrah Village beside Al Hamrah Mall só I always use that branch and i always have very good treatment, fast and efficient, I would like highlight one staff in special Mrs Joyce that last time helped me so efficiently to solve a problem that others tried and were not able to do so, even the staff of the same branch. She brought me a big relief by helping me with that problem because my family was in an emergency.

Its a good place to send money all over the world and also exchange money.

Your indian/pakistan whatsoever nationality is that. They are so slow to move. I dont know if they are lazy or what. Just hire other nationality.

It says its open, i travelled all the way there and its closed! All Al Ansari Exchange in Malls are closed. Please update your hours online. This is just common sense!

Dear siryesterday night i visit al hamra mall branch at night time for sending money to india and i approach counter no. 8 , the counter staff behaviour so ugly and rude ,totally i disappointed ...and shocked

It is not at the ground floor. So you need to take the escalator to reach here.Best service.
