Every month i used to visit fardhan exchange to send money to my home country and i used to get very good rates ,mostly i used to get an agent babin very helpfull ,responsive and get the money ontime in my home country

This is my second time.sending and for me really really bad experience. I tried to call this branch and oh wow the agents are so rude they will answer the call and hang it up. And 3 hours i am calling yhis branch same thing as in no one will answer the call or some one will just lift the call and hang it up as the transaction is pending and i just wanted to get update. It takes me 3 hours to get in touch to the hotline and a bunch of prepaid credit to be intouch with them. At the end you need to visit the branch again to get an update and double your taci money as ther is curfew hours from 8pm to 6am.Un reliable. Really. Bad experience for me. Worst. I hope they improve better.I hope they have a mobile app so it will be more easier.I hope there will be a transaction tracker so we get update on transfer either local or international.

I went to send money to Qatar,I ask the staff wich is the easiest way to send money to Qatar,he told me to use instant money which is not applicable in Qatar.. I was sending money coz my sister was having emergency....I went back to ask for money back the staff was very rude to me(Ahmed)....what kind of service

There is an employee inside the branch who has little respect, has no culture, and does not understand anything about treating customersI hold a European nationality, and I have 4000 euros for the exchange. I entered the first time. I asked the employee, she told me to get the amount. The car went to get the amount.
