What kind of nonsense is going on here!!! Everyone in the counter is taking time speaking on phone and wasting out time!! I spent almost 40mins making just a single transcription coz of the endless phone calls the guy was making and not minding wasting my time!!! So not professional it sucks!

Unpleasant. The guy at the counter was asking my wife questions that I felt were unnecessary. I made the international remittance for my wife through an alternate channel

Non professional and bad service, agreed on a deal then they changed the price, then said no enough cash here, will call you when available, then called said money is ready but rate changed, after i drive to them said come back after 2 hours! Money not here yet!!

This is the worst exchange in UAE, 2 times I sent money and they tell u it will be received immediately which ends up being a lie, when u call to follow up, the staff are so rude, they keep telling u to wait and at the end of the day the transaction is cancelled
