We got aed exchanged to armenian currency yesterday and they have charged 150 dhs hidden on the rates and we realised only after reaching home , this was not told that the exchange rates will be so n so, we were really upset and when we called them back , their person hung up the call while talking !!! Very bad experience

Very bad. My husband came to collect the money from his friend, and they asked the question what is the relationship between him and the sender. And they said bcs my husband is Africa, so they could not release the money. What nonsense is that?!! Please do not be rasist! Just bcs they are africa they could not recieve money from friends?!
