The place and ambiance are good . But not the the the other staff not good !

من اسوء الفروع البنكية من ناحية المعاملة مع الزبائن I visited the branch today and dealing with customers does not represent the name of the bank and its reputation. Please improve the service. Knowing that I visited it to open an account, but I am surprised by the manager that he refuses on the pretext that my company needs to be registered with the bank itself something that I have not heard in my life 👎👎👎👎👎

The quality if the services of this place have improved, you can find 3 ATMs with full services and customer services

I was calling to their landline they answered, as i was speaking regarding for my concern, they just hold the call without informing me (take note: they put it on hold while im speaking) and i waited for how many minutes coz i thought the guy will be back to speak to me but he just hung up the call. Its soooo rude.

False info here it closes at 2pm i went all the way from digdaga and returned

Wait period can be long at times.... Also closes too early.
