Worst experience.Helpline is useless. Email responses are automated.Terrible management.Feeling Sorry for Turkey as travellers destination, has appointed such a un-managed set of people to organize the visa process.Compulsion of Insurance through them, and also only one channel to boom appointment.And when the activation link is not being sent due to their server/system issues, there is no help or alternative. Insted they will propose for costly services to cover up their mistakes.Sad i have to cancel my turkey visit due to unorganized people handling visas.All these comment are literally nothing to what I have experienced.

DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT staff and managers.I applied and paid in advance for an appointment after I explained that I am a visitor in the UAE to the Turkish consulate who didnt read but the word VISA and referred me to VFS to find that VFS doesnt issue visas to non residents.At the appointment they told me that they will issue me a full refund. Eventually they did not. I called and emailed and even a manager called me back telling me that they will only refund the insurance and they will call me back again to confirm. Guess what they emailed me back saying we dont issue refunds. Bunch of DISHONEST ROBBERS.How do you charge me for no service and for a mistake from the consulate and lie and tell me one day that you will get a visa and the next day just saying no you wont?!..

ZERO STARS. THE WORST place ever. A friend of mine emailed to set up an appointment & they replied saying she didnt need a visa with her passport. When in fact we know her nationality DEFINITELY needs a visa. Then after continuously sending them emails, they finally set up an appointment for her. She went there & apparently lacked a few documents. She had to set up ANOTHER appointment but because we were close to the travel date, they said she needs to PAY EXTRA for the premium service. WHAT A SCAM. First they told her she didnt need a visa & waited last minute to tell her that she needs a visa but pay premium. RIDICULOUS people working there dont know how to do their jobs.

Worst service.Appointment booking by call only. Hours of wait in queue. Sometime call drops automatically after hours.Huge service fee, more than visa fee.Even Application for visa isnt available online. You have to pay them foe that too.Clear monopoly in the market.#MOFATurkey should notice.

Been trying for an appointment for 3 weeks. Managed to get through to somebody who said no appointments for a month but you can pay 500 extra for a meet and greet at home. He said send an email and they will contact you next day. Still no contact so visited them at wafi mall. Man said come tomorrow and bring your documents and you can get an appointment by paying premium. Agents working in offices in Wafi mall charging money for quicker appointments due to the corrupt staff allowing people in. Sat for 5 hours no appointment still. These people are costing Turkey money. Currently still no visa and chances are I will cancel the trip.

Zero stars. Vfs gateway to hell. The consulate should review their service .They are really unprofessional and rude. I have applied for visa with them before and the service was good but now after they changed to gateway,it is horrible experience.When I applied before if there was error in the document, the officer would give 3-4 hours so you can come back on the same day with corrected documents. Here if you forget , you need to take another appointment.They want you to charge you for premium service . If I had a chance ,I would apply directly at the consulate to skip these money looters

Fully corrupted is what I felt there for them..They wont pick callNor even they would reply for emails for appointment..Then they dont accept walk-in alsoAnd then will ask for hefty amount around 1500dhs per person for visa..

Worst experience and Very poor service of VFS global. No proper guidlines for visa applicants. Services charges of VFS is more than the Visa fees. Mandatory Insurance need to be purchsed at 250 AED extra and add more fuel to your cost. I took insurance but they refused to take the same. Things need to be improved. They should develop a better mechanism for the visa inquiries. No one picks call, Email replys only for booking they dont answer on any other questions. I had to wiat 4 hours to get my work done. They guy on the counter was new and made my application twice and then cancelled it and booked wrong insurance. In short worse experience.

Utterly awful. I would give it zero stars if I could.No one picks up the phone -- youll have to call multiple times, only for the line to drop after a 35-45 minute wait. I managed to book an appointment through a travel agent; for which I had to pay an extra fee for premium service at VFS. The visa ended up costing me around 900, which is ridiculous. Schengen visas dont cost that much.Once I got there I had to wait for 3 hours despite paying premium. My appointment was supposed to be at 13:00 and I had to wait until 16:00. Everything was SO messy and unorganised, and COVID-19 guidelines were NOT being followed at all.This is the first and last time I will be using VFS services. I hope the government or Turkish embassy takes notice, because this is absolutely ridiculous.Awful business.

Wish could give -ve star. Website appointment s doesnt work, phone they dont pickup, after reaching they informed to take appointment by email. Went with kids. Horrible experience. @moi.gov.tr

VFS Gateway service for turkey visa; you should change name to VFSs Worst Service for turkey Visa Horrible experience.. Very Unorganized and unprofessional..Everyone Please DONT waste your time and energy upon VFS Gateway turkey Visa Service centre,No Appointment available on their website, Call centers never answer, and when i send mail they are saying there is no appointment for whole month.NOC, Stamped Bank Statement, Pay Slip, Insurance, Flight booking, Hotel booking everything i arranged, even i did complete my Pre-Application form for visa, but no appointment for next 1month.waste of time, money and energy.

Is it possible to give no stars as thats what they deserve. Absolute joke and wish Turkish Embassy would take back the visa issuance as VFS are useless at best. Hours of waiting on call, hassle at VFS too. Just a complete joke.

The staff is uninterested and uninformed.No transaction has been completed for 4 days.We are fighting with friends to go to my beautiful country.If your plan is to go to Turkey and apply for a visa, come well in advance.Its sad that we didnt become professionals.I hope someone will come check it out and these issues will be resolved.
