This taping Centre submitted my Emirates ID application on 28th June 2021 and the authority send them a request to update my information on the 29 june 2021 and did nothing and did not contact me to ask me for the required information which is my new residence visa .When I called them on the 12th July 2021 to ask about my application they said they need copy of visa and i did send them a copy via WhatsApp as requested. And waited more than two weeks.I called again and this time they said the application takes more than 3 month to process. But that was not true as I called Emirates ID call Centre and I was advised that my application is pending because my visa residency information is not updated on the systemI called the typing Centre again and confronted them and demanded to update my application and the man I spoke to on the phone slammed the phone in my face while I was talking instead of apologising for the unprofessional way they have handled my application.I complained to the economic department to help me updated my application as apparently if a typing Centre submit an application on your behalf they will be the only one who can do the update for you on the system.When the economic department contacted them they told a different story as they claimed that the reason why they did not update my application because the visa copy I send them was not clear and I have to go myself and give them my original passport.This claim was not true as they never told me that they need a clear copy of my visa otherwise I would have send it. And I have proof that copy I sent was very clear.They kept stalling processing my application as long as they could. I think because they did not like the tone of voice I spoke to them on the phone bacause i was angry of the way they handled my applicationI have been in Dubai for the last 30 years and I have never dealt with a typing Centre with such a poor service and exremly unhelpful staff and not only that I felt they have deliberately delayed processing my application.

The worst experience ever.Translated my document 3 time with errors, and yet did not received it, rejected to refund my money, called the entire organization and listed the errors in the translation and still, did not finished, the employees are liars when I asked for the manager, one said he is outside at the same minute another employee said he is in a meeting.the translator is still asking me to call him after at least 50 minutes calling here and there.I dont recommend at allI edited the file myself at the endAN EDIT BECAUSE I CANT REPLY TO OWNER REPLYPlease be responsible and admit your mistakes, adding my attorney as my father who passed away over 20 years, wrong name in my wifes father name and missing phrases ...etc. and you did not send any correct version I sent you the correction.And I did not receive any physical copy liar, you asked for extra money than we agreed

My experience is being so bad with these unprofessional that I will just not want anybody else to be troubled by their service.They defeat the whole purpose of what they serve.Worst of all this company has no minimal courtesy.And the ladies from reception who answer their phone are just gonna make you feel you cant do anything when they dance on your patience.Thrid class service so far and even worse of staff to cater the crappu service.
