They are experienced and professional. During their busy hours and you call them for any doubts, you cannot expect detail answers. So better go to their place and clarify all the doubts.

Is it possible to give no stars? Anyways I gave a star only to sign in and write a comment. Frankly speaking I had a really worst experience with this typing centre. My husband is working under Dubai government (which means he can sponsor a three yr resident visa), i gave my documents to get a resident visa. Every time we visited them they used to collect the amount and send us back. My medical got over, Gave the application for emirates ID, got the insurance everything was done and finally it’s the time to stamp the visa...... I and my husband went to the emigration centre to stamp the visa and we are getting the visa only for two yrs. All the amount collected by them was for three yrs , even we insisted to get for three yrs and finally iam getting the passport with two yrs visa. I contacted them for the same and they kept my passport for 2 wks telling that they will try to make the corrections. Today I got the passport with no change and now they are telling that mistakes can happen..... I was like “what does that mean” if mistakes can happen then y r we giving money to them and wasting our time.Anyways this is my experience with the Al Bahjah typing centre.... they are very careless, won’t call us, doesn’t inform the proceedings etc. MORE OVER IRRESPONSIBLE !
