Rude staff, do not know how to talk to customers. They claim typing charges as “government typing” for which there is no proof or receipt and then present their own Excel typed invoice as “proof” of government charges. When challenged that their fee is unjustified, their reply was “go anywhere and if they charge less, we’ll return your money”, only for them to later claim “we never said that”. Absolutely pathetic service. Highly NOT recommended!!

They are over charging for each and every service. For 50 dhirams typing charges, they charge 100 and on top of it, service charges also. It is far cheaper in Karama and Bur Dubai.

If there was less than one star, I would have given it.Told me 40 minutes to finish typing the application. An hour and a half later, after I objected to the delay, they refused to continue with it, and the application was canceled. Wasted more than an hour and a half, without air conditioning, and with staff that doesnt know Arabic, and hardly any English. A very frustrating experience

Nice location, easy access very beneficial for residents and companies of the locality. Good working knowledge, very well understand the requirements and know the right application to type.

Extremly rude and arrogant staff even though the place is empty most of the time. Additionally they dont know the required documents most of the time and ask for documents that are not required. Definitely do not recommend !
