The place is nice but the food wasn’t up to my expectations. Not nearly as good as original Turkish restaurants. Kofta isn’t good. Salads were good, and so was kebab. The rest wasn’t great. Portions aren’t big.

Hello, this is our first time to visit in your place last 2 weeks ago. What the most surprising, was the place was so beautiful and keeps on relaxed, the staff there was so friendly amazing and approachable especially the waiter name JULIUS he wasso so so good and excellent service, hes was very professional. He delivered whats inside the menu that I was order before,.(but I dont remember).Regarding to the food that we ate last 2 weeks ago., I salute you all chefs there who made my dish it was very delicious and yummy...Hopefully soon we will come back...

This is a true Turkish experience.Shisha on the highest level, I think it the one of the best in Dubai. 😍But the best experience is foooood. OMG. I decided to eat late lunch here then while i was thinking what im going to eat i did shisha first,then there’s a server whose name is lawrence he help me and explain to me their menu, he knew the menu very well and he is very kind and helpful.i ordered ali nazik it was good and tasty..i will definitely recommend this place and come back here again

The Turkish breakfast was fabulous with lots variety and authentic taste. It can serve up to three individuals easily. Make sure you dont plan to walk after it because you will be overfed.

Pathetic food. We ordered dynamite shrimps and got small shrimps about size of small finger and few in quantity. Instead the dynamite shrimps at PF Chang is the best . And Qasab Quzu had meat which was hard. The menu said it was slow cooked for 6houra but tasted like it was meat from couple of days which was re heated and added butter on it . Alongside the rice was equally unfresh and not tasty. The prices are that of high end restaurant but the food is nowhere close to tasty. Trying to copy another famous chef but nowhere near. Our bill came nearly 550 for something that wasnt worth even half of it. We will never visit again. It put us off Turkish food which is one of our favourite cuisine.

It is very expensive compared to the food they offer, no sides. Price is more than doubled than the previous KAsab, Which used to be our favorite place.

Once we were able to get an order in, the food arrives at a quick pace; in no time a dish of vibrant babaghanoush (AED22) arrives with soft toasted pita. While the dip was refreshing, the eggplant flavour was masked by the other vegetables and it could really use more salt.In general, most dishes were under seasoned. The minced beef Turkish-style flatbread (AED49) screamed for spices – parsley, salt - anything to cover the meat’s gaminess that was so off putting I couldn’t have more than a slice. How is beef even gamey, surely this must have been mutton?If anything, what impressed me most about the dish was the presentation: the long plank placed on can so other dishes could be placed underneath. Such a genius idea for efficient space use that must make city planners swoon.The most flavourful dish was the adana kebab (AED58), the tender and juicy skewers have a hit of spice that really sneaks up on you. We used our fair share of the yoghurt and pickled cabbage to help calm the heat.It also went well with the kale and pomegranate salad (AED34), which was tossed with bits of bulgur and a simple lemon and olive oil dressing. The kale just needed a good massage to break down the tough fibers.

Not sure what happened to the original Kasap restaurant, but this by far was the worst Turkish food experience Ive ever had. way overpriced, and it isnt even worth it, i wouldnt mind paying extra for authentic Turkish food here in Dubai, but this wasnt even remotely close! Worst of all is waiters suggesting you to order specific overpriced dishes just because it comes with useless presentation, I didnt come to a Turkish restaurant to eat steak, which thousands of restaurants around Dubai service, I came for the Doner, Iskender, kebap, mantı etc...!! Like come on... thats not how it works! This is not what Turkish food is about. Sorry but if there was an option for zero stars...that would be my rating.

The restaurant looks great from outside and inside but honestly I didnt like the food too much.The staff :were nice and helpful, but I was annoyed by the fact that they keep removing things from from of you like they are on hurry.The food: turkish, small quantity maybe not enough for one person, taste was ok. Regarding desert it was really delicious.Prices: expensive, you can pay cash or credit.Location: inside the mall area...near food court.

Too bad the quality is very poor despite all the show and extravaganza they are doing. We tried three plates of beef, kebab and lamb. The lamb was very smelly which we had to ask for it to be removed. They were kind to change the plate with kebab with no extra cost. The kebab was very oily. Apparently the oil they use is bad in quality known from the after taste. The beef steak was acceptable but again, not to the expectations. Overall, I hope they think seriously in improving their quality and focus more in this aspect.

As you approach the restaurant you immediately feel as though you are in Istanbul. The greeting, helpful staff, tempting menu etc. The food here is actually good, the quantities are also on the bigger side which is always good. Service is quick so you wont spend ages waiting for your meal. The long pastry with cheese and meat was a food appetizer.. then I had the skandar which was very well done... price wise, average considering the restaurant category averaging around 100 per person. would I go here again.. yes.

The place decoration is fantastic, people are really friendly and nice. Prices are high and the portions are really small, or at least much smaller than other Turkish restaurants that Ive visited. I got the Mix Grill, everything was super small, most of them didnt taste that good even some were tasteless. I wasnt even quarter full & that was frustrating because I had to pay much and not a good portion of food. My friend got Eskandar Kebab, which was also small & didnt taste special, was normal OK. Value for money is really bad. Usually in other restaurants, after food there is a complementary tea and its refillable but in here it wasnt free and we had to pay for it. They dont have or accept any discount cards or Zomato Gold or Entertainer. If you are into this kind of places, go have a blast but for me, I would never go again & wont recommend.Enjoy 🙈

As of 5th May 2021 (the day I had dinner at the restaurant) -Ibn BattutaI never do reviews,but this restaurant has been the worst experience for the Price-Quality ratio and was just a waste of a very good amount of money that was spent for 4 people.This used to be a great restuarant with a lot of good comments about the food and ambience it had.However,under the new ownership,it has fallen in its Quantity-Quality-Price ratio. Almost being the worst in terms of Price-Quality ratio,forget the quantity.There are many restaurants that are priced high,but then they provide food of extreme quality,specially the meat/chicken dishes,clearly showing the difference in class with the other restaurants of a lower price range.Either the owner rethinks the whole operation and pricing of the restaurant or just see a good amount of customers leave unsatisfied.Its a new low for premium priced restaurants.PS: The staff was very welcoming,the place was clean and everything was good apart from the food and its QUALITY and PRICE mainly and its very very low quantity.

This is place you need to go. Best Turkish food, great offering is and friendly staff. Try the tenderloin steak or the lamb filet in cheddar cheese and you are flashed. There are seats inside the restaurant, but sit outside and you can enjoy great food at fresh air.

As usually Im not writing bad feedback, even if I experienced it in some places. I was worked 13 years in F&B(waiter,bartender,supervisor),I know everything from inside.First of all the Turkish cuisine is delicious, and the favourite part for me its a breakfast. So, I invited my friend to taste it( I was worked in Turkish restaurant in Dubai too). By the way, she is also not first day in restaurant business. We mentioned that we would like to have breakfast for 49 aed(which is for one person, as I was not hungry), and we showed the picture what under this position in the menu. I asked if this breakfast will be enough for 2 (because I remember we ordered last time same breakfast, maybe 2 month before(49 ead and ....),but bill came much more, we was so busy in the conversation that we didnt want to find out why the total amount is different from expected,but mood was spoiled after delicious food).So, the waiter answered positive(enough for two in case if for my friend will be to much) and he didnt make himself tired to correct my order with explanation that this breakfast for 49 aed and breakfast on the picture its totally different 🤦‍♀️ items. Sure he needs sales. And 2 stupid women dont know English and didnt read menu, and probably tourists and will never come back... its sad.I feel really shame next to my friend when we received the bill. Only in the end he explained why its happened to me, because its village breakfast for 121 aed you showed on the picture....Im not angry, sometimes there is place for misunderstanding, and for me this situation finally opened my eyes to be more involved in the process of ordering in this restaurant especially. But,please, care little bit more about you customers, maybe I could come back to your restaurant, because Im living in Dubai, and going to battuta mall 2-3 time per week,but now I dont want.

One of the best experiences ever. The staff are super friendly and the food is yum. Prices are a bit above average, but the quality is good. Would rank it as class B Turkish Food, but the atmosphere will make up for it. 5 stars for the food taste, atmosphere and staff treatment. Ask for Sonic (the waiter with the spiky hair).
