I could easily give them zero stars if there is a option to do so. I would highly recommend you to not go here for any reason. One of the worst service provided .Recently I had an experience of going here for Oman visa change, initially they accepted to change the visa and got the money but finally they told that Oman visa didnt got approved. Because of that reason i had to fly back yo my home country which is expensive.Zero professionalism showed. They wouldnt accept your phone call if you call for an assistance. It is not only the case with me, I saw many people came up to the office shouting on their poor service.Simply ignore this Travels. Thank you.

Professional and helpful service. with my experience I would give 5+ rating.I send my mother for visa change to Kuwait by flight and I thought at least she would stay minimum 12hrs, but I got visa with in 1hrs after exit. I will surly recommend my friends and families to choose Zulfair travel for there travel needs. keep it up guys.

If I could rate them ZERO, I would have done that. Worst service offered.. Recently my mother went for visa exchange and got struck for about 48 hrs. The agency assistant neither picks up the enquiry calls nor even feel that his responsibility to solve the familys concerns. Such an irresponsible and poor customer service...

My second experience was the Best I would say....Mr. Faisal Chetta was really helpful got my visa processed just over a phone call.... Got out and got in the Emirate in under 8hrs... Worst service from Zulfair, Karama Branch. I have applied Tourist Visa for 90 days but their representative not even bother to pick calls after Payment.I personally visit at their branch but no one able to connect with RM. After calling many times, RM pick call & said I am outside thats why unable to pick calls. I dont want to write anyone name here. But Meera ( Earlier RM ) is 1000 times better current RM.BIG NO TO ZULFAIR KARAMA BRANCH.

Very poor poor poor poor service from Zulfair. I would not recommend to use their service... Unprofessional persons both the staff and the management... visit visa is delayed for more than 2 week and they do not tell the proper reason for the delay..... Tried calling staff and management many times does not even answer the calls... Always tell incorrect information. this is not how an company in UAE should function. I would strongly recommend that people do not use their service this is from my personal experience and the pain that i have gone through them and still continuing to reach out to them to get my refunds of payment done for the visa which is still not provided. The management does not answer to phone calls and Zulfi do not have the basic courtesy to call back and apologies to the customer who have gone through this pain. It is very dishearten to know such companies still exist.... Would never recommend to use their services to any one.

With my experience, I would give 5+ rating. I checked with them for my mother’s visa change. Very effective service. I thought she would have to wait for at least 2 hrs at the airport, but the new visa was ready before she landed in Dubai from Bahrain.

Too bad services.. please dont waste your money and time.some of the staff are irresponsible and dont answering after the payment. Am writing from my experience. They are not giving proper information about visa change especially the delay of visa issue. After i reach oman then i understood about that. They took for 3 months visa 950dhr and they are not giving accommodation or any servicesin oman. all we need to pay if they inform properly at least we can prepared our self

One of the worse service.Please note that they are not accountable.you cannot trust in case you are going for a visa change .They wont attend the phone calls and they wont reply to you.while you call them they keep your mobile engaged.At last they shout at you as though its our mistake to book the visa change from them.So pls remember in case they offer you a visa change package .even if u pay 50 aed more with any other travels its far better.i had gone through a bad time just because of faizal and sharmila.i had to pay for staying in oman for 5 days.each day costed near 80 aed.almost 400 at loss jus because they didn do the payment for visa from their end due to their sponser issues.guys beware...

Sorry Guys. I won’t recommend Zulfair. If you visit their office dealing cm very un professionally. Keeping the promise for visit visa will be ready in particular time and it won’t happens. We agreed that this might be delay from immigration. If any delays there is no communication from their end. I have taken visit visa several times. But their office staff services standers is pathetic especially who manage the entire office

I dont even have to go them, just transfer the money online and the visa is ready in 4 working days.. amazing service and hassle free..

Please do not opt this travel agency. Because I have received my refund on dec 7 though I had applied for cancellation on Nov 15. Usually the cancellation would take only 2 days for refund.When contacted airline directly they had told particular amount wil be deducted ,but this agency had deducted me 3 times of that of the amount what airline had told.Finally I have received my refund only after visiting the agency more than 7 times ..They have taken 22 days for the refund with the deduction of triple the amount.Bad service.

Im going through a worst experience with Zulfair travels. These people are really unprofessional and they dont know how deliver their services on time.Ive applied visit Visa for my parents through Zulfair travels and they have promised to deliver visa in 4-6 days. Its been almost 20 days and still I didnt got visa. They have already been taken full amount for this.Ive already booked flight tickets for 6 members and planning to travel on 8th of November. Today is 5th of November and I still dont have visa to travel.

I have received on time service as promised, overall the service was good, the only problem was there is no pickup and drop facility from karama, which needs to be improved.

Very poor unprofessional service.. suffered twice.. once during visa renewal via oman.. while returning from oman they left female passengers in the middle of night at sharjah ajman border while they were supposed to bring them back to Dubai. .. second time during visit Visa issue, the representative Meera even started disconnecting my phone calls and pretending that she cudnt hear my voice when the visa was delayed. They try to attract customers by offering cheap price but the delays and other ancillary expenses lead to much more cost overall...

Extended my visit visa by traveling to Oman through Zulfair. Please do keep in mind when extending the visa that the bus they mention while making payment is actually a Hiace van not a big bus. Had a one day delay in traveling, the communication was not proper from their side. But that was ok for me. Once we reached Oman, they arranged a room with WiFi and other facilities. Unfortunately, since we were a group of people traveling, some of them had issues with their visas and we couldnt travel back on the same day and had stayed there for a day. It couldve been better, so Im going to give a three star rating for their services.

For visit visa renewal through kasba oman...we are waiting for the bus in Sharjah from morning 5.30 am..till now the bus didnt arrive..after 12 hours of waiting also these people arent giving an exact time...they are telling they dont know...bus will come in 30 minutes..every hour we are hearing the same......Worse agency
