This one star above itsfor Mr Ahmed magdy from customer service because of his patience &professionalism on dealing with my complaint really appreciat him , secondlyi have done my booking on 5th augest for aconnect flight from Dubai Dxb to cairo then luxor lXR dated on 27th Aug,on 22 Aug i have received un profissional cancellation emailinforming me that my internal flight from cairo to luxor hasbeen canceld & theyre providing me alterntive flight with 12 hours transit in cairo aiport for the same price , or reschedul my flight for the next night but i have to pay more 60AED which was nonesense .for me Egypt air its not trusted Company so i have used Wego services to guarntee my rights as acustomer , but finally after two days with slow process i have had to pay 60AED to reschedulle my flight which wasnt my fault that i trusted Wegoreally disappointed , i will share my experience with mu work community &social media pages because wego we assuem as trusted proker didnt save my rights or respect my timing , it a matter of trustfinally i realised that the 60 Aed its for wego not for Egypt aire rescheduel as per the confirmation email that i have received from wegoi have paid2297AEd for first booking on 5th Augnow the confirmation Email from Wego after i paid more 60Aed on 23Aug informing me that ticket prices is 2297 it means that wego is scaming for 60Aedits your badest day ever

You cheat customers and never refund their money back

No response from any one Booked ticket and payment accepted and done but not issued ticket even after a day,This site is not recommended

They are fraud. I have booked a air ticket through their partner (Swingi) and have received fake ticket. The ticket was booked a almost a month back (4th Nov) and just noticed that the ticket was fraud. Got an email from Wego that they will refund in 7-14 days. They are just taking the people for ride. Beware of this travel company.

Wego is working with the partners who are doing fraudulent activities on their website means, simply taking consumers money without issuing them any tickets or issuing them fake tickets. Wego is completely helpless when you seek for support thats means, your money is gone. Even after several emails, follows up to wego team, they do not respond. I will never recommend this website to anyone! it was my first and last mistake that i have used wego. i am in lose of AED 881/- - there are more useful website but NEVER USE WEGO PLEASE and NO NOT REFER at all!
