I applied for entry permit for my husband via Sharaf Travel using an online form, paid for it and ... couldnt reach any representatives of the agency ever since. If anyone from the agency is reading it now, PLEASE, make an effort to contact us!!!!!

Very bad experience, they waste my more days for ticket refund.. at last they told me its cant refund you can use only credit shell only for that same passenger.
