Myself and my friend made a payment of AED 12000 on May 20 th and they assured a travel on June 1 st to UAE through UZBEKISTAN.Al hind travels (Ms. Reena)agreed that they are chartering a flight and date of journey was postponed two times till June 8 th. They wasted our 18 valuable days and they assured full refund. Once we reached UAE through Akbar travels we tried to get full refund. But they deducted some amount. So everyone beware of Al Hinds fraudulent and non professional way of cheating their clients.Wish you all Good Luck

Very professional and prompt service

This review is only for the deira branch. They offer competitive rate for visa and ticket. But they put the customer on fire at the last moment of travel. The branch staff not bothered to pick the call or respond to the mail.One of the staff made mistake in passenger spelling. On the last moment, Instead of following up from there side, the customer spend long time to searched and find their Head-office email ID to get this resolved.AlHind Headoffice team is good, Muhammed Fayis, and team from their support portal respond immediately after they got the email on Friday (holiday) and get this resolved. This was suppose to be followed and done from the deira branch staff.

Not good services, but expensive

Out of all the travel agencies I’ve been to, my experience at Alhind Travels was by far the worst. Couldn’t fathom how their system works and won’t be needing to cuz Im never going there ever again for any sort of help again.

Dear Alhind travel teamWith my respect I would like to request to Alhind travel finance team that kindly return my tickets refund amount which I was purchased 4 (2 way / return - Bahrain to Karachi) tickets for my family and I booked my tickets from Muhaisnah Sonapur branch from Mr. Fayis and he already cancelled my tickets from air arabia airline and he already given me the refund reference number and told that my payment I can collect it from head office but unfortunately since March 2020 he is excusing and I am requesting to Alhind travel team please issue my refund money as soon as it can be possible.Thanking you

The way to respond phone is bad and they dont have the tact to speak .. Thank Allah I didn’t deal with them👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
