The General Sales Agent (GSA) in Dubai of Air India and Air India Express under Arabain Travel Agency LLC.No benefit of calling repeatedly since they will not be picking up your phone in most of the cases, better to visit personally in case of urgency.You can do OK to Board from here even on fridays. (kindly note Its not done from India side)Their is no advantage of booking physically at the office in terms of money, they will still be charging the convenience fee (roughly 30 AED) per ticket that they charge over the internet.

Dubai office employees doesnt behave well and very unsupportive. They should learn from there counter parts in Sharjah

Apologies but there are so many areas for improvement , 4 people sitting for Air india but only 1 working. Tried with 40 mins of waiting ( imagin now when airline business is slow then this kind of response).

Pilot was good we started 30 min late but we arrived on time.

Worst airlines. My things got stolen. 4 other passengers got the same treatment. No response from the helpline so far.

No response at all, has been calling since last 3 weeks, line is busy as always and if at all you manage to get through, then they will immediately make it busy. No help whatsoever, no idea why they have kept the phone number if they are not willing to respond.

Although it was crowded but the staff is really calm and supportive. Still I wouldnt recommend Air India Express in the future due to unforseen suprise circumstances.

None picks the phone, visited personally and found one female staff siting on the first right seat having a chat in phone and not attending to the guests, like to give zero ⭐️

One more good experience that they contacted immediately booked my flight ticket through our Indian embassy in a very short period.

This office is easily accessible very close to salahudheen metro station. During the vandhey Bharath mission this office was highly useful for Indian citizens in UAE.The staff needs to be trained properly for a better customer service even in challenging environment.
