Google needs to update their review system for this company, 5 stars is too less for their service.From moment 1 that I contacted this company I was amazed by their customer centric approach. Ali, our agent, was helpful in every step. Also they were able to do things that I couldnt do myself in the embassy.Less than 5 days we received the Russian visa. And this without any action from our side. They came and pickup the passports, filled in all documents and when it was completed they brought the passports back to our home.Really Ali I cant say how much I want to thank you.

Again I applied for Malaysia Visa after a few weeks, I got it after 3days.Even though my Spain Visa with them was not approved in early March which may be due to the early days of Covid-19, I will continue to do business with them . Horrific customer service, horrific management and owner, very rude - went there for a new visa - they took the money from me and did not do the full job on the visa.As a Bitish expat it is quite obvious i will not fully understand the full process of the visa which is why i paid them - all they wanted was the money for the visa and never really followed up to change the status of my visa which meant my visa would be void and cancelled and i incurred overstay charges of over 4000 aed. it cost me a total of 6200 and didnt even get the 3 month visa they promised.i went to immigration to complain and they themselves said that the travel agency is very incompetent to not follow the timescales given by the governmentI definitely do not recommend using this agency - trust me, do at your own risk.the owner was very rude and called to threaten me.DO NOT USE
