Id give 0 stars if it was possible. Booked a shuttle to the airport well in advance. Right at pickup time I get a message saying the van has broken down and it will take 40mins for a replacement one to show up. To me this seems like they messed up our booking and were just making excuses. Absolutely joke!

Had a very good experience with hiring a driver for an airport transfer from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Transfer was arranged for a family member. Driver contacted me prior to flight arrival to confirm time and location and was outside of terminal 3 baggage claim on time to meet the passenger. With the current CV19 requirements for entry into Abu Dhabi, the driver knew to utilize the E311 route for passengers arriving on a visitor visa. Driver lent as much assistance as possible at the border crossing. Hole process was seamless and efficient.
