Sky Express had managed to beat my expectation of their first service and customer care. We were able to have our shipment moved across quickly, and the team was very responsive.For the last 19 days, we are trying to make the same shipment and moving the same product. Ive followed up twice now, calling the company, and they always tell me someone will contact you shortly. Yet, they never do. I also had to sent multiple reminders which there are five team members in the email thread. None of which are responding helping me. I hope this review wakes them up! Realize that I am a repeating customer!!

First time a courier guy close phone in my face🤪 what the are the qualification of this company when hiring their staff?..i should recieve a parcel and it took 3 days from dubai to sharjah, and they keep promising that it will be delivered until i call the sharjah branch, just to inform that if i cant wait until 3pm to be delivered i come my self and collect the parcel in their office and close the phone in my face🤣🤣,,, who will believe if on the previous days they told me that you will recieve it and call their driver and then the driver will not responsive after 4pm.i own a woman fashion business guy.. thanks i experience this.. now im aware that i should avoid your courier service by any means. i dont want my clients to experience what i go though.

Bad customer service I called by phone and gave details they gave me a quote when I visit the office they give a different quote . Bad business practice

I had opted for cash on delivery . Before I opted , I had made an enquirer on the procedure . I was told the delivery charge would be paid for the item to be delivered and the cash would be provided in two to three working days .Now when I was receiving the money , I was told about a two way delivery charge which I need to pay. If you have a 2 way charge, that’s the first thing you mention . Not when you are coming to give the money of the item . Very bad communication . They just lost a customer .

No Professionalism, Cheater!I have paid 46 AED as promised for return service of 3KG. The courier guy was supposed to collect the cash from the delivery end and delivery the cash to us. Thats what they promised over phone. But while returning the invoice, the courier guy collected additional 21 AED which is fraudulent, saying the parcel weight was 6KG.He checked the weight before he collected the parcel from us. It was 3KG only.The courier guy started shouting using abusive words arguing it was 6KG.Is this the way you treat your customers?Swearing is punishable offense in UAE. Your company may have to pay up to 10,000 AED if I file a complaint.Worst customer service!!!!

Pls dont deal with this company. They are irresponsible, rude and horribly managed. I had send a parcel from dubai to Abudhabi and after a week, when I called them inquiring about the delivery, they returned the parcel back to me saying the abudhabi office is closed and are not doing delivery at the moment. Hadnt I called them they would have kept the parcel with them much longer.The delivery pick up person Mr. Akbar and his supervisor Mr. Amir are responsible for this delays.All the five star ratings are clearly done by the staff itself.

One of the worse courier service company ever all those good comments below are given by the staff, first they will take your order very nicely and than hang you around for weeks, they will even lie to you that your packages has been picked up and will be delivered soon, i called them for days to informed me about the delivery but no responce, in the end when they failed to deliver mu package i had to go to the warehouse for my packge and staff there was rude and misbehaving, just to find my package they made me wait 30mins and took the money which they never informed me about i had no choice but to give the payment and leave because they litreally annoyed me and made me do everything to get my package and all this thing happen just for one package so please i warn you no to get trapped with them they dont value your stuff at all after the first call you make, thankyou.
