Communication at the start of the year is delayed. Business is unable to give initial pickup times until generally late on the day before school starts. Today have rang 4 different numbers and checked the app for information. Unfortunately none forthcoming approximately 15 hours before school starts.The service once it gets up and running is generally fine and any issues are generated by kids who are late to the bus causing those on board to wait for them.I would recommend the service after the initial hiccups starting each year.
