Worst service delivery from the Fortune Grand Hotel branch. Its been 2 hours since my planned tour and still no tour guide arrived. The gentlemen at the travel desk continue to have no solution....as i paid i expect a service to be delivered which it seems this branch could not deliver. Please place people with skills and knowledge to deal with customers and service delivery. Have never had such poor service.
