If you are looking to book your next dreamt holiday destination or just asking for info about a certain place, this is the location. Plenty of info and magazines you can take. While you wait you can have a coffee at costa or something from the convenience store on the ground level. Metro is the option as parking space is very limited. Is better if you leave the car on the parking under SZR.

To be honest, I was a loyal customer to dnata travel, I used to book all my hotels from their website but unfortunately their customers’ satisfaction is the last think they care about! My problem started 2 months ago when I booked a hotel room and they deducted money from my Visa card and held my money, after they deducted the money they didn’t send me a confirmation message as their excuse was that the “hotel rate has changed and you have to pay an extra amount”. Today the same issue occurred again but their excuse now is that the hotel is fully booked!!! They didn’t give me options but to wait from 3-14 days for a refund! Very very very bad customer experience! My advise to you is to look for a different travel agency.

Worst experience ever!!!! Despite a confirmed booking and a payment to Dnata Travel, Ive been denied to check in my hotel room. The hotel was fully booked for 2 weeks and they informed all. The agents in advance!!!! Why did you let me book. Why did you send me a confirmation and took payment for it?????Now it takes more than 4 hours to check if the room is available. Do yourself a favour and book through another travel agent if you dont want to risk your business trip or vacations to be ruined.

Its very convenient to sort all your leisure and business travel arrangements The center acts as a one stop shop for most of your travel needs ,whether it be travel for Umrah to Saudi Arabia or looking for a quick break from Dubai to a family vacation to Disney World. The Dnata travel shop has experienced travel agents to provide you the options that suit your budget and theme Emirates also has their own dedicated reservation office on the Mezzanine floor. Some other airlines also have their branch offices Costa Coffee has a relaxing location on the ground floor in the corner to cater to your Coffee needs and also has some tasty snacks and pastries The only issue may be that during busy times parking may be an issue while visiting the Dnata Travel shop

DNATA is Dubais Association of travel companies offering tickets, packages, cruises & advice to travel in the region & the rest of the world. They publish a very nice travel magazine with travel ideas, cultural articles & spots not to be missed! Be sure to go and pick up your copy of World Traveller, its free & full of travel goodies!

All the desks are empty even the advice desk no one to ask for help. There are only 2 staff at their desk and one is casually chatting probably to a friend and the other one is for visa services which I dont want. Im sitting here about 10 minutes and no sign of any service. The quality of service is gone down drastically!
