Salem was our guide, he provided excellent service from pick up to drop off, it truly shows he loves what he does. ATV was fun, sand bashing was exhilarating, sunset photo was a great capture by Salem. Camp was the highlight with delicious authentic food, henna, camel ride, falcon photo, and 3 amazing performances. We left highly satisfied, highly recommend!Thank you Salem for an unforgettable birthday experience!

Well, its acceptable. Four stars just for a camp. Our guide was silent almost all the time, his work with tourists was just about giving instructions and driving. It would be better if you guys will train your staff to speak a bit more about history, traditions and places where tourists supposed to go.Pretty nice dinner with a belly dance and a fire show, nothing really bad to say about food, but it was difficult to understand the hummus was sour because of the extra lemon juice or it was spoiled.

Me and my Missus booked the Red dune safari ,We really did like how the guy was driving in the desert but before we even got there he took as to a little shop close to the desert where many guys tried to dress me and my missus in Arabic style , first time i thought its like part of the program after guys come to us with they little calculator showing numbers i have to pay , they dont respect when me or missus say no to them . After we got there I realised the camel riding is not what we think , like 3 of them poor animals is laced together, they take u around in small circle on leash like not even 50 meters of riding , camel doesn’t even want to stand up they started to kicking them to move . Of course u can’t make photo of your self when u riding so u must buy them photos of them . So we was like i dont want them poor animals to struggle so decided not to ride .Also there is like belly dancing witch is nice and other performers, but the main thing is actually we had food poisoning of their barbecue and foods witch is very disappointing specially if u have program on following day and u dont want to spend your time on toilet for the next day or two . I wish to claim back my money because it’s also ruined my following days .Other than that it’s a good fun when guys driving in the dessert its fast and jumpy . Performers was okayBut remember everyone trying to trick you , probably its better if u dont take any money with you and eat before and take some water with you .Regarding Robert

Worst customer service ever! I booked ahead and they confirmed. I even messaged for a reminder and they acknowledged. Pick up time as agreed was 2pm but an hour+ passed nobody picked us up. I kept calling but the reception was unaccommodating and just told the driver is coming but nobody showed up. I dont recommend this company, they dont know what they are doing. If you dont want to ruin your holiday, dont book from them!

Amazing !! I book it twice for my guests via groupon. All was perfect. First time the driver was out of his mind but very talented I will never forget :) The show is great, we paid additional activities on site, we had a lot of fun riding Quads, the fire show is fantastic. Well done |

Had a mixed bag experience with this company so Im breaking down the good and bad points:Good:quad biking- loved by the kids and adults.Driver adjusting speed and direction was very handy when the nausea kicked in during the dune bashing.Camel ride, short and sweet with a photo to keep tooGetting to have a hawk sitting on my arm was great.Bad:Food selection not great for fussy kids. We were told to expect French fries but had to cope with naan bread.Had to make a fuss about getting a curry dish not containing corriander as I have a food intolerance to it. This should have been straight forward as the corriander was being added to the dish last.No designated smoking areas so I had to eat sitting next to chimneys.Toilets not well maintained

Ive done 5 safari tours so far and this was the worst dune bashing ever. it was just the driving in the desert. Really slow. Besides, its not even red dune what they say on their web page. its just next to the city where you can even see the part of the city. if youre looking for some fun ride with speed you better not choose this one.... there was no speed at all ( no need seat belt lol driver didnt even ask for it, he didnt even fasten the belt !!) its not dune bashing, not even close. it was just looking around in the desert and thats all. everyone was pretty disappointed.. what a shame.

Red dune safari with pvt hummer was very exiting and great experience, but the food offered was the worst experience in Dubai. So two stars cut for worst food ever.If we talk about only safari it should be 5 star.

This is one of the worst safari which i have ever seen.These guys are cheating people by telling all wrong commitments. No customer service. I advice customers not to avail this service and get cheated like us.Once you have paid them, thats it, they wont even think of you...

I couldnt wait to get to the hotel so I could write about the Dubai safari desert experience only when I got to the hotel I lost my words. And yet it was a dream experience, our Abbah driver did not drive on the yellow and red sand dunes. of the desert with amazing speed but safe. It is a great guide and an excellent photographer. The camel ride, the show and the dinner made it worth a 5 star review.
