Absolutely worth the time and money. We took the 17 minute tour and loved every minute of it.

All was good except the air conditioner was barely working. I’ve been on this tour twice and would do it again. Just dress light.

We 3 free ends visited Dubai for 6 nights n 7 days, Helicopter ride we did on 13 November 2019. It was about 12 minutes ride, at a time 5 can ride the copter including the pilot. One who sits next to pilot in the cockpit n two o either side of back seat for 4 can clearly take a video but I was in the middle seat so couldnt take a better video. Its nice experience but doesnt meet your expectations as it ends very soon. You will be given time slot which starts from morning 9 n till evening. Each group will be given a short lecture on safety measures before you climb into the copter. You have to tie safety jacket around your waist.The apartments in the shape of of a palm tree is clearly visible, The palm Atlantis hotel, All Bur Dubai the 7 * hotel, the palace, The Burj Khalifa , the ocean below is enchanting . . Hop in for one time life experience.

Great experience overall, not a small helicopter but a 6 passenger large aircraft along with an excellent Pilot who guided us very well along the tour. It was scenic and well worth every dollar

This tour provided by falcon helicopter....really a great experience and safe we can have a better view of palm jummera, atlantis, downtown dubai. it hardly takes 10mins for round to atlantis helipad to downtown..... really its worth to visit helicopter raid...

My Mrs and I chose 25 minute shared Heli tour through the app GetYourGuide. Was picked up on time by pickup service and very generous person who took us to other places too.The process from start to finish was well executed with safety briefing and security clearance. I was allowed to take my Canon 70D with 18-35mm Sigma Artline which was perfect for the trip. You can capture more of the picturesque dubai regions.I AM AFRAID OF HEIGHTS, and believe me as soon as the heli lift off i was holding on for dear life while my wife was laughing at me. I honestly became more comfortable 2mins after a sharp right turn towards Atlantis and Burj Al Arab.During the tour the pilot was very informative and creative with jokes and valuable information of important landmarks.After the experience for AED265, we picked up a USB with all photos and videos.Would love to go again and recommend for everyone to do.Here are some pictures snapped by my Mrs on the Note 10 plus.I will add more photos soon...

Excellent experience to witness the man-made island and beautiful city of Dubai. I was in 15 mins of private heli tour and it was more than enough to have a glance of the city. The ride was vibrating so i did not get used to it. Overall, it is the best activity i have in Dubai.

This was a really amazing experience! I did the 25 minutes tour which was really good we saw a lot of Dubai and the pilot explained what whats where. At the end you can also buy fotos from yourself going in and out of the helicopter.

Horrible terrible very sneaky. They will rush the heck out of you. They wont take a picture of you or ask them. But they will with their own camera and then try to sell you for way over the price.

A must have experience in life in general. I like the preparedness of the team. You get to be weighed again once you get in and then after you get to watch a safety video, then everyone gets a safety bag around their waist, and for this experience we saw 80% of Dubai, the beaches, old and new Dubai. And as you leave you get a picture taken and you can take it home.

Amazing experience and safe & comfort

The flight was great, but waiting area is a catastrophe: stinks like feet or some mold. although they seat everyone apart in the area to prevent covid transmission, their superpower AC make those measures futile by mixing air and viruses evenly in the whole room.

If you afraid of heights, this is the perfect thing to do. After initial take off, you get used to being in the air and it is an amazing thrill.Getting to see the main attractions from the air, is the way to go!On this tour, you will see the Palm, Burj Al Arab, Downtown Dubai, including Burj Khalifa, and the World Islands.Pilots are great and friendly. Worth the price! Just do it! Trust me.

We visited in Oct18. I could not have chosen a better place for a helicopter ride. The most amazing and fascinating view. I know Dubai is all man made and wouldnt be as breathtaking as flying around Alps but it really was spectacular. Our pilot explained every place we were flying past and made sure we dont miss anything, he was very friendly and professional.You must watch a safety demonstration before you board and they make sure you understand the rules so then you can just sit back and relax.I know its been 2 years but I was just looking at the map and thought I needed to share my thoughts.Thank you

I really enjoyed the ride, its amazing experience. It was a little bit foggy, but still it was nice. The city looks completely different from the air, especially the palm island which shape you cannot actually see from the ground. The all staff and the pilot were really professional. We had some short safety instructions before the flight.Its quite expensive, but for sure you gonna enjoy it!

Impressive!! This is a must do in Dubai because of the buildings perspective. You cannot appreciate the real high of the Burj Khalifa unless you are in a really high point (as in an helicopter). This is extremely safe. As recommendation: Do not take too much time taking photos during the flight, at the end, they offer you to purchase a video of the flight and they also take photos of you and your friends/family!

Disgraceful we arrived and were put through the safety briefing sat around for 20minTo then be told the flight is over weight due to the others 4 passengers under estimating their weight, mind you we weighed in 14 kg light than our estimated weight how ever we were offered an upgrade next time.We ask for them to take 2 of us Unfortunately this company did not wish to fix their error by providing the service we had paidWe canceled outer tours to do this flight. only to find we waisted more of our valuable timeAlso they could take our money on the spot to book our flight but the could not issue the refund on the spot when the could not deliver on the service, we fill out a request form and no one could tell me when it would be processedDont waist you time booking anything to alpha destination management

Memorable Tour!Dubai is an impressive city and watching this paradise from the sky is priceless.Definitely a Must Do Experience!

This was my first Chopper ride ever and it was good. The pricing was a bit over priced for the duration promised. They did not enter the main city or even got close to Burj Khalifa (Not sure if choppers are allowed). Mostly the flight path was over the water. Good commentary by the pilot. You cannot choose where you sit in the chopper. Also keep extra 1 hour just in case it is crowded.

With this tour you will see the magnificent view of Dubai from the sky.

We booked for the f1 there was an Advert stating do you want to fly f1 we asked and confirmed 4 times did they have permission to drop at the f1 paddock club entrance with the vehicle that would be waiting on the other end . We even made a big deal to ensure this was the case . We made the hotel ring the helicopter firm to confirm and we had a confirmation we would have no issues like we had the day before with the driver service . They even rang us at 10 am to confirm there would be no issues as I have bad legs and can’t walk far . When we landed the vehicle left us in the Abu Dhabi stranded with no way to get to the f1 we were told then vehicle had no permission although we made a point in confirming they had 4 times ! The result was we had to walk 30 mins to get a bus then another 40 mins to get to paddock club .Someone in their marketing department had a bright idea to advertise f1 and no one got permission for their vehicles although it was confirmed 4 times they had . I am furious this was a waste of money . I complained yesterday and was told a manager would be in contact no one has apologised . This is completely false advertising and I don’t like being lied to .This was a complete waste of our time and money . It was not a luxury experience but meant walking a hour in the heat as they are so unorganised and clearly do not know what they are doing .No management has been in contact to deal with this . It’s shocking this has happened even after several confirmations this would not happen.mrs Yasar

I didn’t try it because of the price. It’s overpriced. Minimum 800 AED!!!!I went to Niagara Falls, Canada in 2014 and tried their Helicopter tour. You can ride for 550 AED per person or 800 AED IF you buy the couple ticket!!HUGE difference for the price and you will experience almost the beautiful view to a falls in the world.I love Dubai but didn’t like their pricing for parks and adventures.
