If theres one city worth watching from the sky, it has to be Dubai. And Helidubai is the best way to do it. Extremely punctual, professional, and safe, my wife and I were put immediately at ease as we entered the premises. The helicopter ride was extremely comfortable and the views were–obviously– gorgeous. Considering what you get out of it, Helidubai also offers good value. I recommend it at least once to every traveller. Photos dont do it justice. Its an experience that people need to have.

The experience was good, expected to see the burj and downtown a bit closer in the 17 mins package, only saw it from the distance. Also, I feel AED 420 for set of unedited photos and videos of us landing and coming out of copter, in the usb, is a bit too much. We had good time thou.

It was a fantastic ride! The staff are friendly and make sure your safety. The view is better than I expected. You dont really need to go to the observation floor of Burj Khalifa since Helidubai will bring you “higher! “

Took the 17 minute tour with HeliDubai in December 2019 — I recommend you skip it and invest your money into some of the other great Dubai attractions. My wife and I were very disappointed with the quality of the tour. For over $200 USD per person this tour is simply not worth it. You do not see very much and the visibility from the helicopter is much less than you would expect. The helicopters seat 5 people and your visibility is dramatically influenced by the seat you are assigned. The bulk of the sights are on the right side of the helicopter. My wife and I were assigned the back left side which means there are very few opportunities to get quality pictures. We spent a week in Dubai and would rate this the most disappointing attraction we did (and the highest cost). I recommend you do Burj Khalifa observatory, Dubai Mall, Dubai Miracle Gardens, Abu Dhabi Louve, Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque, IMG World, Atlantis Aquaadventure and Dubai Legoland before considering this tour. Your money can go further elsewhere.

I enjoyed sooo much! This was a birthday present and it was so much worth it! It’s so interesting to see Dubai from this perspective after being resident here for more than 6 years! Such a great thing to organize this! I am so happy I saw some familiar places from this angle and the tour of 17min is Enough even though I think next time I will take a grand tour! I took a short flight over Dubai with my friends and it was a great rush. We saw Dubai Marina, The Palm, Burj Al Arab, Kite Beach, and downtown Dubai.If you want a new view of the City, its worth the rush of a helicopter ride!

PATHETIC BUS-TOUR-LIKE SERVICE PROVIDED BY HELIDUBAI.Perhaps people for whom this is the first helicopter flight, they might find it entertaining (its non-comparable at all to helicopter rides in HK or US, for example; as (a) service and (b) views are much worse!).HELIDUBAI makes experience awful via their pathetic service, which starts from entrance. Waiting area was looking quite cheap and with old furniture (nothing compared to HK experience: start from Peninsula hotel with wonderful views, with tea and coffee provided, polite and welcoming staff, interestingly for the same price as HELIDUBAI!).Anyway, another drawback of HELIDUBAI experience was WAITING TIME. It was longer by 20 minutes than original time in the ticket. But MORE IMPORTANTLY, what shocked us deeply: they literally have guests coming to the helicopter at the same time as others are leaving, and they rudely hurry people up, which looks pathetic and impolite (making experience more LIKE-A-BUS-TOUR, rather than a luxury Birthday treat!).Since new customers enter exactly at the same time as the prior customers leave, please be assured that HELIDUBAI does NOT follow COVID-19 safety guidelines (i.e. none of the cleaning is done prior to entering the helicopter), which raises concerns about legality of such experience in todays time.Weve booked the whole helicopter (as a group of 4 people + 1 driver), and all of us felt that we overpaid for the quality of service and experience provided.In addition, employees (including Mariam, in case she provided her real name), do not allow people nowadays photos to be taken on customers regular phone cameras outside of helicopters (please note that we just wanted to take photos after 15+ meters / after the fence, away from the helicopter, so it was aligned with safety guidelines provided by HELIDUBAI). HELIDUBAI FORCES TO BUY PHOTOS TAKEN BY THEM, which is clearly illegal.For your reference, as future potential customers, sort out reviews by lowest ranked and read reviews of: Dianne Noonan, Shakh Mavlyanov, and Hunter Scrivner (which were written in the past couple of years). They all raised the same concerns. I wish we had done so prior to booking with HELIDUBAI, as clearly many of their google reviews are fake, please be careful. Interestingly, their aircon system inside the helicopters still does not work, wow - what a consistency! :)Luckily, we can compare experiences (and value-for-money!) with helicopter rides abroad, and definitely this is the worst Birthday experience, since staff of HELIDUBAI makes it so.We WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone, who wants a high quality service and a great experience.

Staff was very friendly and helped to book a flight the same day. All went smooth and on time. We even got an upgrade and enjoyed the flight a lot. It was a great part of my husbands BD celebration. Would be great to give just 5 minutes to take nicer pictures near helicopter on own camera.

It’s my second time to fly with HeliDubai and each experience has been amazing! I fly with them to take aerial shots of Dubai skyline for my social media and the tours I had provided different perspectives! More importantly, HeliDubai services provided by their staff are professional and passenger-friendly. They observe safety protocols to adhere to Covid-19 precautionary measures for the benefit of the passengers. From the booking to check in and orientation-briefing prior to the flight, everything was organized! The flight itself was fantastic! Two thumbs up! Looking forward to fly with HeliDubai again!

We did the Odyssey Tour, which is a 40 minutes flight. It was an amazing experience! The pilot was amazing, the flight was super comfortable. And the view of Dubai it’s just stunning!

The Worst Experience Ever!!! We reached there on time thinking we can get a special experience on Valentines day,... and after spending an hour waiting for our takeoff time, a junior receptionist called us to a room to tell us that our flight got cancelled and that we should leave.... we paid a week back and got an official confirmation and when we insisted on seeing a manager they called a captain who is so rude and has an issue in communicating with people.. they didnt even talk about refund or compensation or why they didnt inform us earlier... Staff is so rude and so unprofessional and think they are the only service provider in Dubai. Totally not a recommended company to even try.....

I booked a heli tour of dubai for my wifes 30th birthday and paid via my credit card.Upon returning to the UK we discovered the payment had been debited a total of 3 times, all for the same amount.2 months on we are still waiting for the credit, even though we have been advised that the payment will be returned to us. Now we are not even getting responses to our messages or emails.I would not recommend booking or if you do book at least do not pay by card 😡.

Amazing experience was my first time and it was unforgettable

We purchased a Groupon for the 17 minute tour, glad we paid a little less than advertised. We did many attractions in 6 days in Dubai, this was the worst. Their promotional video is very good, but dont be fooled, you wont experience the same things as seen in the video. We did not get close to the Burj khalifa at all, and you wont be close to any of the sites. Unfortunately, your experience is also reliant on the seat you get in the helicopter, based on your weight compared to the other passengers. I had a window seat, but it was the worst, as it was the farthest from anything you could see. My husband sat next to me, and was slightly better. Even if we had the front seat or the seats on the right side of the heli (the best side), I still wouldnt recommend. For the same price you can buy the 3 park venture card and go to Ferrari world. Much better attractions than this. It was our first heli ride, which was novel, but definitley look at the flight path, you cant see much in 17 minutes. The facility was nice, and we felt safe. Our flight took off 20 minutes behind our scheduled time.

Amazing and fantastic customer service. Good staff, helpful with safety rating and briefing. Located inside Dubai police academy it has only one gate to access. Helicopter rides start from 15 or so, goves scenic tour of dubai, also u can opt for professional filming tours. You are given lockers to store your belongings. Friendly captian, one thing is they capture your pictures and sell seperately which is feel is costly.

Not recommended!! Please don’t spend more than 2000 dirhams for this tour because you but 22 min and the give a tour of 15 min. No air conditioning function and very very bad service. They robbed 2200 dirhams that I could spend them in another tour
