Once upon a time they were very good I have used their services for Italy visa process two times and it was perfect but I believe they are no more processing Italy Visa process . Their website is no more working it’s a spam and unsecured so when you open you can’t go through. I don’t know what happened they must fix the issue at least we can use their services for other events as well. I hope Managment take action solve the issue soon. Thanks

Check for the past reviews and you get and idea of what can be expected.We booked based on our old perception of Cox & Kings elsewhere.Fortunately during our travel we had another local professional company on site that provided very good service.However Cox & Kings Dubai service is far from what it should be . Too many followups for basic information,misinformation, short changing, curt and vague maybekind of responses just adds to the stress instead of proactive information. Multiple feedback provided dont even get acknowledged at operational and even senior most levels. The silver lining is -one or two responsive staff that is quite good.

One of the best travel company . I am a frequent traveler use to book my tour on own . The way they guide to plan is simply brilliant & upto the mark . True professional . Every queries were answered and provided great service what was promised !!! Cheers .. many more plans with you guys .

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PROCESSING TIME! They have my passport for the past 24days now and I do not know when I am getting it back. Everyday they ask me to wait till 5 or 6pm for an update and if I do not receive an update I need to call the next morning for them to follow up with the consulate. I have been doing this daily for the past 3 days, and I get the same response. I am on this endless hamster wheel. My leave finishes in 1 week and I am still stuck at home because I cant even get my passport back! A 20 day holiday turned out to be 15 days at home and MAYBE only MAYBE 5 days in Italy! Out of all the times I have got Schengen visas, never ever had it exceeded a 14 calendar day processing time. This is ridiculous.

We took USA tour with Cox & kings Dubai and it was fantastic . very well organised , the tour manager was very knowledgeable. i had my sister joining from India for this tour , they helped me with all the visa formalities . we really enjoyed the trip and because it was group tour it was quiet hectic as they covered so many places in this cost. i will definitely travel with them next year .

I have called/emailed for a quote on the customized europe package . even after reminding on 2-3 occasions to their sales consultant , they never came back with the quote. it has been almost 20 days!! .This is the first impression with such a big name !

I would like to say COX AND KINGS DUBAI WELL DONE!!!!!! I went on 15 days European Masterpeice Tour and it was great, my Kids enjoyed a lot and excellent tour manager and got Hot indian food, getting Indian food in Europe was not easy, Menu was repeating every second day but taste was good.. i will defiantly recommend COX AND KINGS as i had a great service.. REALITY :We took 15 days so called classic Masterpiece Europe tour with cox & king . Sale team was excellent in convincing that it would be a premier tour, passport support was also good. They had charge extra than Thomas cook, SOTC and many others saying we would provide premier service regarding hotels, food, sightseeing etc There would be group of 25 to maximum 35 people. All were BIG BIG LIE. When we reached Etihad bus station to airport , no body from cox and king was here . Other tourist agencies support team were there to assist. After multiple phone call to cox&king our seat got confirmed in Bus. After reaching London we came to know there would be 64 people in a single Bus.😨Now started the real fun. We stayed 5 hr in London hotel lobby with kids to get room in hotel. In whole tour all of us Wasted lots and lots of our precious time in putting luggage in Bus , taking out these luggage, Getting room, asking 64 people to board bus on time from hotel to various sightseeing places. Every day we waste around 2 to 3 hour unnecessarily for all these things. Though it’s routine that we reach hotel very late and spent less time in sightseeing .One of the family in our group ve worst experience when they got room after1 am in night ,because hotel was fully booked. Just because of greed of coxandking This company had saved thousands of dollars by providing one bus and one tour guide, all tourist of our group had suffered because of that . Imagine 64 people in a queue of washroom🤭 and that’s too every 4 hour during journey .it was horrible . Food was very very ordinary. Worst is seating place in restaurants , arranging food for 64 people, over and above you will find all other tour companies who charged much less and have 25 to max 30 passengers were taking food from same restaurant. Most of us were very annoyed with the cheating and false promises of cox&kings. Hotel was like mix Bag ,few were good 4 star hotel and few were like ordinary budget hotels with 4 star tag and same was the breakfast of hotel. Many of us have written multiple mail to them but nothing happened.My recommendation :check with other tour and travel companies . Compare and then take tour package .

Amazing Customer Satisfaction.We went for Swiss Paris last year and experienced awesome support. They make your travel and vacation so much comfortable. Special thanks to their Head of Sales, Himanshu and his team Sumaiya and Midhulesh for all the support extended. We definitely are coming back for more. Keep it up guys!!

Poor service. They r good in promising. Sale team will raise your expectations by telling lies . In actual they ve very poor after sale service. They charge extra than other tour operator and give very poor service .

I was part of same group who had taken European classical masterpiece for 15 days. What was written by alex big was absolutely correct. Choose ur tour operator very carefully. Compare with other tour company and then opt for it . Because of greed of cox&king we all wasted our precious holiday time in unnecessary things rather than sightseeing. Rest all services provided by them is much below than what they ve promised. In the end we felt cheated.

I planned my travel with Cox and Kings. My family and me really enjoyed the tour. They have staff who are ready to assist you always. The hotels selected were great and we really enjoyed the tour. The next time I think about vacation it will be only thru Cox and Kings.

Not worth a single star :( - So called AMERICAN BONANZA UPGRADE WITH FLIGHTS - Imagine the plight of the Regular American Bonanza :)Cox & Kings took us for a royal ride after paying close to 10000$ for a US trip.Signing off an agreement which is a legal document where in you waiver off all your voice & rights. This document is forced to sign three months before the tour.All payments taken 45 days prior to the tour.Hotel details not provided till the day we travel leaving you with no choice to discuss.No help with immigration or flights. In spite of group booking families made to sit separately. No food arrangement made for a 16hr long flight.Kept all of us in total ambiguity about how the tour will be conducted.Mr PP (who is on a tourist visa in USA and works illegally), totally illiterate guide receives us in New York who could not utter a word in English. He had zero knowledge about USA although he claims to have been a tour guide for many years.Out of the 13 day tour, we spent 6 days traveling by COACH for an average of 12hrs. On other days we were waiting for 5hrs at airports for connecting flights. Having paid well in advance, even the shortest flight journey was booked through connecting flights to save some penny and ensure the whole day is lost in travel. Which means late check in at the hotel and early check out.Having signed off a document three months in advance we had to accept that all the hotels are at a minimum of two hours away from the city.When we tried voicing our opinion with Ms Revathy, we were told we have signed the contract and effectively given up our rights to voice our disapproval. After a lot of persistence, we were finally connected to Mr Himanshu (Head of Dubai Operations) who had the audacity to say we (`cox and kings) never asked you to book this tour with us, instead you came to us. Instead of helping us or salvaging the situation, he asked us to prove where in writing have they mentioned that internal flights will be direct or hotels will be within city limits. Stranded in a foreign land, we had no choice but to continue with the suffering.After the tiring bus journey each day, when we reach the hotel we were subjected to mental torture of witnessing the altercations between our guide and hotel employees.Practically everyday the Buffet Breakfast was sub standard and separately organized for C&K guests, while the regular hotel guests enjoyed a better spread. We were often treated like third class citizens at these buffet places. Dinner was organized at the shadiest and cheapest of Indian Restaurant options available in the city.The highlight of the tour Disney Magic Kingdom & Universal Studio tickets were brought at the last minute making us wait for an hour and ensuring that we do not get to enjoy all the rides.Overall our tour ended with seeing a few places through the COACH WINDOW with few hurried photo stops here and there.I have summarized these points based on the collective experiences of the group members who were part of this ordeal called AMERICAN BONANZA UPGRADE WITH FLIGHTSWe chose Cox & Kings assuming it had some reputation but having experienced their dismal service and torture first hand, will never recommend C&K to even our enemies.Mr Himanshu, you being the Head of Dubai Operations, you have zero business acumen or etiquette to take this organization forward. If the head of an organization chooses to stoop so low, one cannot expect people like Ms Revathy who work under him to be any different.Travel Date: July 6th - 19th 2018

I Went on Swiss Glory Group tour covering Paris and Swiss, its was unforgettable experience with excellent service through out the tour, staff was great having excellent knowledge..we saw Eiffel tower. Disney whc was woww with Swiss beautiful Alps.. Thanking Cox and Kings for making my family dream come true...

We had booked a tour to singapore and malaysia with them the hotels were fine but the travel agent in the city was horrible on contacting the team once we got back we were told that our feed backs were of no value and they dint care to listen

Terrible experience with the Dubai cox and kings.. .. Went to Europe with no reservations made for my children and missed the train ..despite asking the agent and he confirming incorrectly... Most frustrating experience .. Travel agents not well informed!!! Would never recommend !!

I paid for their premium service where they didnt just have to check my documents but fill out the form too.With the check list on their left and my documents on the right, they ticked everything off the box saying i have everything in place.7days later i get a call from them saying my medical insurance is missing.On asking why they didnt check this on the first day , he said I dont know who took your documents and said youll receive the passport when the embassy decides. Went to the embassy told them I have a flight to catch tonight do something they said because its their error most they can do is send my doc the same day to the embassy and not the day after.
