During our tour, we asked the driver to guide us to some good night clubs. He gave us very good suggestions and they also provided pick and drop service at night since we were all having drinks. Absolutely amazing desert safari. Very hygienic and clear cars used during the safari. The quality of food served during the BBQ dinner was satisfactory too. The camp seatings need some improvement, but for the price we paid, it was worth it.They have a lot of safari options available on the website, Arabian Desert Safari was the one I purchased.Highly recommend to all tourists visiting Dubai.

Applied visa for my parents through them. Unfortunately the visa wasn’t getting approved because they had an issue with their previously issued visas, which was done through another company. It was an immigration system glitch since the previous visas were not valid and had already expired. CTC asked me to send them a copy of the old visas which I did not have. They then direct coordinated with the company I used to issue the old visas and got the issue sorted within 36 hours. Awesome PRO service. Highly recommend them for Visa services. 👍🏾👍🏾

Did a 7 Emirates tour with them. Super cool how they manage it all in one day without getting the guests tired and bored. The stops, lunch and dinner breaks are timed very well. Its a pretty long tour but a must try for people who are on a short visit and interested in learning about the country.

They have good offers for touring local places and theme parks in the UAE. They are genuine and are responsive both over the emails and phone. I would recommend them for sure.

It was an amazing experience to go to the top of the worlds tallest building. The view from the balcony is amazing. One of the main highlights of this building is lifts. Its incredibly fast and you dont even feel its moving from inside.The best time to visit Burj Khalifa is evening hours mainly sunset time.

I am not a tourist but a resident in Dubai. Was planning a trip to Motiongate Dubai with my family. Found this company through google. I must say that their prices are unbelievable. I had to actually do research about this company to make sure they are genuine because the prices were too good to be true. After I verified their license number and did some due diligence, I went ahead and purchase 8 tickets. Received the tickets on my email within 10 mins. Went to the park the next day and it was all perfect. Nothing additional was charged to me at the entrance as stated on their website. A great experience over all. I bought 6 tickets to Warner Brothers. 1 ticket was not working at the park. I called them from the park itself, they replaced it. But I had to wait 15 mins. Otherwise a perfect experience and a nice there park to visit with your family.

Yesterday i took Dhow Cruise. Name Falcon Oasis. It was worstest . Not worth it.. food was so cheap. Not recommend to anyone.

Me and my husband regularly visit Dubai and require a visa for arrival. I saw their ad on groupon but approached them directly. I must say their visa service is exceptional. The agent I spoke to told me that they cannot guarantee that it will get approved within a few hours. However they will prioritize our applications and get it done as quick as possible. They charged me AED 100 per application for prioritizing. But at the end it was worth it since we got our visa’s within 4 hours.

Our Dubai City Tour experience with CTC was absolutely fabulous. The pick up was made right on time. In fact we were running a bit late, but they waited for us. Good and new experience for us. This dhow cruise at creek consider as one of the finest dhow cruise dinners compare to other areas such as a marina. The food served on that night was Indian course and it was fantastic. The Egyptian dance also very interesting.Much Appreciated.

Had purchased a few IMG tickets from them. Got the tickets within 15 mind of purchase. Unfortunately was we were not able to visit as my daughter fell ill. I was worried as the website stated that the tickets are non refundable. However I called them and explained the situation. They told me That they were Willing to help me and refund my money but only after the tickets I returned were successfully used by another customer. I thought that would mean waiting for months. The agent clarified that the reselling will be done in the next 10 mins itself. Luckily the customer that bought my tickets was visiting the same day and was successfully able to use the tickets. CTC processed my refund the very next day. I usually dont review for good service, I think most people dont. But this gesture was definitely worth mentioning.

Went on a Mussandam Hatta trip with this company. Good hospitality shown by them, the driver and guide was very cheerful and kept all the people smiling and engaged. The cruise ship in Hatta was clean and the food could have been better. Good experience to have with your family.

The vehicle was super clean and hygienic, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. My mother In law wanted to stop every 30 mins to use the loo, the driver co-operated every time without getting annoyed one bit. Truly hospitable. Picked up at our hotel on time, people carrier/car with six seats for passengers. Air-conditioned and comfortable. Great commentary and explanations during a drive to Abu Dhabi. Fast-entry into Mosque, Presidential Palace and Etihad Towers, our guide cum driver Mr Feroz was friendly with all the security and people at these places ensuring we had quick access. Explained facts and provided information during the tour of the locations the buildings, culture and sights. Accommodated our request for lunch after providing several options.
