It has been a wonderful experience to attend desert safari with these people. They provided us high-quality services at reasonable tour price among others. Really felt at home with their hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to tourists visiting Dubai and wants to enjoy the city to the fullest in best possible rates. The best memorable in Dubai safari when everyones having fun in the sundbar even though have a little body pain, when we reach the camp we overwhelmed the nice venues having a ride a camel good foods at the same travelling going in our destination is a very good safe and most of the time when going back home safe and sound godbless and more power

I was on a 5 days vacation in Dubai with my family and was in search of some relaxation and refreshment activities. Searched for some exciting tours online and finally found the Hatta Tour Package by Happy Adventures Tourism.The details of the package surprised me, and I was excited to witness the mountains in Dubai. In this fabulous tour, I along with my family visited the Hatta Dam, Heritage Village and enjoyed many more adventurous activities. The services provided by this tour company were marvellous, and it made my day.

Me and My Family had booked for Desert Safari on 14th May 2021 and the safari ride was expected to be in Dubai and later it was in Sharjah Desert ( Near Maleha Road). We started at 3 pm and reached the desert at 4 pm and it was damn hot and there was no necessity for that time. Its better to reach there at 6 pm...since the Actual Show starts at 7 pm and ends at 8.30 pm.The Tanura and Fire shows were average and belly dance was cancelled due to unknown reasons.The free Soft Drinks offered was a sub standard ones and Starter snacks and buffet dinner was terrible and was not at all eatable.As a whole, it was a terrible Desert Safari and wont recommend anyone Happy Adventures.

I had an amazing time with Happy Adventures. It was fun filled, action packed evening! I would recommend this tour company to any of my friends and family coming to Dubai. From the Dune Bashing, to the ATV rides, camel riding, henna tattoos, sunset in the Arabian Desert, and belly dancing, plus a filling dinner of Arabian food, my friend and I left with a smile on our faces!

Worst desert safari ever. Camp is not at all clean, food was very poor quality like a labour camp and we had to skip it. Even the soft drink they had offered was an unknown fake brand. The dune bashing was hardly 5-10minutes. Attitude of the staffs were so bad, like we had come for free. Since we took private pickup and drop, we were able to skip the long que for dune bashing, else the que would take atleast 1 hour and the return que from the camp would have taken another 1-2hours. People started making rush and shouting for their turn.Booked through Happy Adventures Tourism LLC, Very bad service!!

I booked my tour with Happy Adventures for my family and this professional tour operating company really put smile on our faces on every mile during desert journey.The best part of the day was DUNE BASHING. Happy Adventure Tourism misled us by their greed by overbooking and then 3 hours before we were scheduled to leave for the safari, they cancelled as they were fully booked. I found this highly disappointing and unprofessional. Had they informed me the evening before,I could have made alternative arrangements!!!!!

I have evidence you have served expired cold drinks. You are treated like cattle to all the customers. We have spent 2 1/2 hours, todays temperature 48 degree in the roadside near to your camp, while coming back same situation just imagine if you are with family how you will feel. Why you are mixing bachelor with family. As we came to know that you have only 3 vehicle 4x4 to pickup and drop. The dune bashing is just 5mins. packed with 10 people. The food is of very very poor quality. The mini bus is also too much dirty and filthy. You are close to the road, and the location is surrounded by other camps. It is dirty. Your staff are are not professional at all they just bunch of idiots. The music is very very bad and how animals are treated....it is better to not talk about it.

Not a good company, they cheat at every point. They will show you the places from the moving car. They hardly stop at places and will always say do quick do quick. They will take you to beach and will ask you not to go in the water cause their car will get dirty.And for desert safari you might think there is lot included in the package. It is a cover up. when you go to camp there are only 2 camels for your free ride and there will be a queue of more than 50 people for those 2 camels. Snacks will be pathetic and there will again be queue for that. Tea and Coffee dont even try it. And the day we went was Prophets birthday so no Fire show, Belly dance and Tanoura Dance. So before you go call them and ask them if there are any special days to avoid. You will pay full and wont get to see anything.One advice, dont think you are getting many things at this cheap price. We need to think that nothing will be good at this price. It is better you spend a little more and find a better travel agent. It will be worth your money rather than spending uselessly here.

Not worth it. Always overbooked. Driver is late at meeting place. A very long queue going to the desert camp and back. Queuing for food which is not that delicious. Lot of hours waiting. Dont waste your time.

Hi guys! It was an amazing desert safari experience we had with you! My two kids enjoyed a lot with the camel ride and roaming around the camp. We had a lot of shots with sunset and it was wonderful! Great bbq dinner while watching the live shows of Belly dance tanura and fire show. To sum it all, it was glance awesome expedition! We really enjoyed lots!!!

Lots of additional charges. We were picked up at 3:40 (after being told that pick up would be between 3 and 3:15 and no additional contact). Then taken to area to pay to ride atvs. After over an hour there, we were taken to pick up area for sand dunes ride. After 6 minute sand dune ride, we arrived at camp area. We walked over to camel ride area and were told that cost was 80 aed to ride. My daughter was really looking forward to camel ride so we negotiated a slightly lower cost to ride for 10 minutes. We then went to go into camp when person with hawk placed hawk on daughters arm. I took a few pictures. He then takes hawk and says now pay me 20 Dirhams. I was infuriated at this point. My husband gave him the Dirhams and walked inside with us. I wasnt going to pay as he placed the hawk without asking or us agreeing on a price. My husband is a more patient person than me and is grateful to have the means to travel so doesnt stress about small costs- I dont like feeling like Ive been conned and that is how I felt. We were offered fruit juice upon entering camp. I immediately asked how much and was told 10 Durham. We then asked what drinks were included and were told that those drinks would not be available until after 7:30 pm - over 4 hours after pick up and in the dry desert. After 7:30, the dinner was finally offered but you needed to be quick because many people jumped up and ran over to the food line. After standing in line, we were offered the smallest piece of dry chicken that I could imagine - totally not worth the effort to get it. We then stood in another line for off brand cola soda.I could go on and on about being harassed to pay for something that was indicated as included (additional drinks, henna, etc.) But I think that anyone reading should get the idea - expect to pay, pay, pay, and pay some more.On the plus side, the show performers were very good and really seemed to put in the effort. We didnt get to see the show final as our driver told us that we needed to get into one of the first cars leaving or we would have to wait in a long line.Overall, I would NOT recommend this activity.

A really bad experience.The Dune Bashing was for 3 minutes and I have a video of my session to prove it. The food was horridly bland and most of it was served cold. The complimentary drinks were disgusting terrible rip-offs.I dont know how the DJ was because the sound system was garbage. And the dancers spent no more than 5 minutes on stage. The only well coordinated part of the evening seemed to be the merchandise peddlers who kept weaving in and out of the audience trying to sell souvenirs and stuff.It took them 45 minutes to drop us back to the bus site after the show had finished because they were trying to transport about 300+ people using only 2 cars - going back and forth from the camp to the bus drop-site.I saw their Groupon voucher so we called them to find out if they had place for a party of 4. They told us not to buy the vouchers and to pay them cash on the spot instead. The entire booking happened over WhatsApp without any form of official documentation or receipts against payment.A terrible experience and not worth it at all. Wouldnt do it again even if somebody paid me for it.

Happy to be with Happy tours! Your camp ambiance reminded me of how great Dubai is. A lot of people roaming around yet it gives peace and i feel like im in ancient times. The ambiance and your staffs are very welcoming. My family really enjoyed the dune bashing with endless laughs and screams. My kid loves the camel ride and had several rides in quad bike. It was a great feeling driving the buggy. Bbq dinner is awesome! I have my relatives coming to Dubai soon; will take them along to your camp too. See you.

First time booked for family, wasnt meet the expectation, although tour is pocket friendly but quality of service not meeting the standard, performance was good except belly dance. Food quality was average, served through long Que which is acceptable but hygiene standards need to be maintained since no one following the food safety basic standards. food served was cold, BBQ literally hard to chew and no taste at all.. No one explains what to do and whats in your package. Camp was fine, but seating arrange need to be re looked, quite congested. DONT even think of taking soft drinks although these are free which will make you sick afterwords. our experience wasnt went well with HAPPY TOUR unfortunately... :( :( :( :(

Communicated with this company via Whats app, as their websites stated they can. Was told about the package, which sounds great. When I asked if my date was available they said yes, so told them to confirm and I will be ready. They asked for details of ppl, location pick up and price, which I agreed to. 6 hour (less then 24 hour from pick up time) later I get a message stating they are booked for that date, then why confirm and tell me it was available. Horrible customer service.We did not have alot of days in dubai, and when u confirm with a company about something to build your plans around it. Ruined an entire day of mine.Seems to be a company that is poorly organized in the tourism industry.Stay away folks

One of the best tour operators in Dubai. I booked desert safari tour in Feb 2018 for my family and had an amazing experience. On my 2nd visit to Dubai, I again choose Happy Adventures for Musandam Tour and I had to say that it was the most amazing thing I experienced. The tour was very well organized and we were picked up from our residence on time. It did not take a lot of time at the Oman check post for clearance and we entered Musandam on the right time. The fjords and mountains were looking breathtaking and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the surroundings while cruising around on the beautiful dhow. The banana boat ride was thrilling and we spotted dolphins as well. :)Happy Adventures never disappointed us. Highly recommended!

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!We booked our desert safari trip through HAPPY TOURISM and it was actually one of the worst experiences ever!We booked the Advanced package and we were supposed to have dune bashing of 25-30 minsIt was only 15 mins!No where in the booking was it mentioned that the SUV would be shared with another couple for pick up/drop off + dune bashing.The so called included camel ride was literally only for a minute.We had to pay extra per person to get a longer ride. Again, the guy promised it will be 15 min, but it was only 5 minYour agents were pushing for VIP tent all the time, asking for an extra 200 AEDYou promised unlimited drinks; even water wasnt served before 5:30pm, given the fact that we reached there by 3:45pm and it was very hot!You guys made sure everyone bought the expensive juices being sold before you started serving drinks.Drinks were served only at 7:30pm (when the show started) and were stopped being served at 8:30pm, including dinner. So how can anyone have unlimited drinks ??Dinner was supposed to be BAR-BQ dinner, but it was all Veg stuff. Only one chicken leg/kebab was being handed out to each person after lining up.Shisha was again being sold at your table for additional cost of 50 AED.The entire package was a complete RIP OFF and lie.Anyone who is reading this, pls ensure you DO NOT book via HAPPY TOURISM and fall victim of their bag of lies.

Desert safari was a nightmare. Horrible service given by the happy tour company. I went with my family with 2 kids. They just treated us like cattles. Long queues everywhere. Didnt even get proper food to eat. After standing long queues for food when reaching the counter nothing was left on the plates. When asked to refill they just asked to wait. After waiting for food to come for 10 mins i had go to another queue and again wait for half hour to get the left over food. The taste of the food was also disgusting. The barbeque was really funny . We got a pc of chicken after waiting again in a queue for half hour . In between all these waiting the dance shows are over. And time to go back to departing point. Here is the worst part. Happy tours had1000 pax approx and i saw only 3 vehicles for transporting people from camp. We had to wait almost one and half hour in the long queues in the middle of desert till 11pm. There was no proper coordination from the happy tours. All the other tour company had enough vehicles and they accommodated only enough guests they could to handle. We even had to witness lot of fights in between the drunkards and also other bachelors guys and families who where standing in the long queues. Instead of enjoying a good desert safari we had destroyed our entire day with this Happy tours . Even at the end, my wife also said to me not to recommend happy tours even to your enemies because of the way they are treating there guests.Happy tours made us really Unhappy. For your information i have gone for desert safari 3 times with different tour companies. But this was the only tour company that made me write a such a negative review. Dear Happy tours please try to improve your service to your guests.

To make a long disappointing story short. Package advertised pick up at hotel at 15h30 with 4x4. We were picked up at 17h30 with old sedan. Got there after sunset. 5 minute drive in desert, no camel ride, no fotos in arabian clothing, little to no Arabian music poor food average show. The whole thing chaotic. Very disappointing evening. Rather Pick reputable company, pay a little more and have a fun evening.

Free sandboarding = two boards with no boots or bindings on a small dune. Crappy stage performance. Everyone tries to sell you VIP upgrades, camel rides MORE than 10m cost extra, quads cost extra, food was assorted fried bits at the end of a long queue.

I had purchase special discount offer coupons form happy adventure tourism LIC. I plan to visit Dhow cruise marina on 12th Nov18. But their executive told me that the free bonus coupon is not valid for Dhow cruise marina. It is only valid for Dhow cruise Creek. On The Special discount offer booklet mention it is working with both the location.I really disappointed . You LIC cheated me .I am very happy if you solve my problem.

Cheap people looking to sell you anything... shisha is free but only 2 flavours and in a place far away from the show. Food was horrible, free camel ride but you only get to ride it for 2 meters then back after waiting in a long queue, dune bashing for only 2 minutes, free sand boarding only 2 boards that are broken and not usable and safe... wish I didn’t waste my money on it...

Very very disappointing. Look for another company. Dune bashing was just a 4min drive to the camp. Very poor quality of everything. Sandboarding? There was one board laying somewhere. Soda (fake fanta and coke) only served during dinner, before only expensive drinks. Long queuing and waiting for buffet very humiliating treatment by all service. BBQ rationed only 1 piece of kebab and chicken. You are being treated throughout like cattle.Avoid!ps. they have responded to the comment after 2 years...hahaha

Had my 3rd desert safari last week because my parents came in UAE for the winter break so we wanted them to have an experience of the safari. We opted for this tourism company since they have a self drive and thought this is a good one since we do not need to be pick up with the other campers and take more time with the pick and drop. We arrived early in the camp, the 10 minutes sand dunes was fine. When we enter the camp, my parents wanted to try the free arabic dress photo opt but decided not too since the dress that they were offering for free are just laid there and looks filthy. The buffet food tasted bland, we have an elderly with us who had difficulty in walking but we were not allowed to get food for him at the same time, we have to get ours first, go back in the queue and get one for him. These could have been bearable for me but the drive from the camp to the main road after the show which I though should have been smooth , was the WORST, they tried to compressed people in the car as much as they can, 4 was seated in the back side, 4 in the middle side and the 2 minutes drive was horrible, it was bumpy and my head was hit in the cars ceiling thrice, and I was screaming OUCH! but it the seems the driver doesnt mind , his only concern was to arrive in the main road as fast as he can.

They took us to the most inhospitable desert safari camp. Some of the food dishes vanished in less than 20 minutes, arabic dresses were dirty and incomplete, shisha or hookah guys had an attitude, free camel safari on some weak old camels for hardly 100 mtrs, etc. Quite disappointed.

We had booked last friday for 8 people and we could not enjoy the trip as we had stand for a long queue around 2 hours for dune bashing and we reached the camp after sunset. The food was not as per the menu provided and again we have to stand a long queau for getting food.Also while coming back we had again waited for a long queau 8 pm to 9.15 and I lost my sunglass (Armani) inside the fortuner and the driver did not helped to search the glass as he was rushing to go for another trip.Totally I had a bad experience and my guest was also unhappy.

It’s not the same promising deal as you see in the itinerary,the company name happy but honestly we wasn’t happy with their services. We paid each aed125 for the basic hatta mountain packages , for three ppl, so it’s suppose to be 375aed,but then they charge us 100aed extra , Claim that they won’t go if it’s less than 4 ppl payment which mean they will loose the budget to go and back,so we need to pay extra 100aed. Now the total is 475aed for 3ppl. I ask if the car will be just only for three of us,they said yes .okay. The next morning the driver arrived with the car full of people ,4 guest extra already , ?..n us we only have three last seat squeezing at the back. And the other customer paid less than us (65aed)they bought frm coubon discount . We expected to be only for us we we paid much more expensive ,extra one seat payment that we paid ,which is non existent of any extra seat anymore as It was already full in the car. we expect more extra comfort at least .but it’s a disappointment.no water given to us .The schedule in the Itinerary wasn’t being follow as two things is being cancel due to the accident happen for the hatta wadi and fresh water pool ,is being cancelled/prohibit by the Oman border.so we only went to hatta heritage village ,hatta Hill Park,mountain safari which is only short one ,nothing much over there,hatta water dam for the kayak the missing program that they don’t go is hatta fort hotel,hatta water dam,carpet market , quad bike ,and the wadi with the fresh pool water that been closed .this is a rip off. No extra comfort for the full payment that we paid,the itinerary was less,the pick up is full of others ,this is not the same,it’s not a worth of money,with the full price that u ask from us with less Service.and the Driver didn’t explain anything to us,basically it’s like a Taxi

Driver who took us from the hotel to the point of safari point and back was very good. He was an indian and was very helpfull. But the driver who took us from the desert to the road on our way back was very rude. He is a dubai native i think and didnt have any manners and simply very close to an animal. This company should address these things also. Overall it was satisfying trip other than the said stupid driver.

For Desert Safari, All arrangements were perfect except food, it was completely disaster.

Donot book them for camp 14 desert safari.Its total crap beyond words.Standing in ques of 50 people foe each item of food that too was over till ur turn.stinky toilets.we left the camp in 15 minutes.total waste of money for our group.The camp is in a stony part of dessert. So the dune rides are not great either.Vv commertial.camel ride had the longest que. So did nothing. Strictly no for this one

Really disappointed.We book a dhow cruise , they mentioned the sailing time will be for 2 hours and they complete it in 1.5 hours. food was not upto average.

Very bad experience and a complete mismanaged show. Nothing is as per the commitment and dunes were more like driving on a concrete road. Toilets were so dirty that I am sure most of the people who would have used it would have fallen sick. Think hundred times before you take there service..
