The cruise was nice I love the service of the staff very professionally an responsive. What ever was promised was deliver to us the contact pooja is best to speak to she is on the boat with u an u can ask anything u need to her. They welcome u like a family member . My experience was good an my friends enjoyed a lot. I recommended the cruise to many .

All in all it was a great cruise and would definitely do it again! Dubai is a very beautiful city and this cruise allows you to appreciate its beauty during the day as the sun sets, and at night with all the city lights on, which I absolutely love!! Will recommend it to everyone and anyone!!

Am in the boat (ship) right now dated 02.10.2020 at 9.47pm. The services very very poor. Food quality is very bad which we can buy ontside in a ordinary restaurant for AED 10. Further, very interesting things was they give separate small plate of food which includes samosa, pakkoda and one piece of small chicken price and they ask us to share with two of us. Which means they wants to share one very very small piece of chicken by two of us. I never had this kind of experience in my life and this is not my first dhow cruise event.Further, the employees are not professional and the incharg / Manager/ supervisor in my travel is unprofessional.If you take your food first you are lucky. Otherwise you can have whatever remain in the table. They dont refills the foods.Totally waste of time.

The desert camp is OK but they have priority seating for persons who have booked ticket through their other agents against direct booking customer. Also VIP service is not upto the mark and is waste of money.The Jumeriah Dhow Cruise experience was as bad as desert safari. There were no paper napkin/tissues available anywhere on the cruise..also the rest room welcomes you with cockroaches.Given 2 * because there transport service is really good and food is OK and not bad as the experience.

I have booked this activity from make my trip. This one is named as 5 star service and the reality is utter worst. I got to know about this terrible place from outside of the boat itself. The looks of the boat tole me that I am going to have worst experience of my life.The place is like a lodge near to typical bus stands of small towns and about the dinner sorry I can’t explain how bad it was as I don’t have words to explain about this horrifying food..... I am leaving to ones imagination but you must imagine the worst yet you will not visualise this bad food.In short I got cheated by make my trip with ratings and suggestions. Please don’t book only by make my trip ratings check other sources or please don’t use make my trip for booking activities.

Dont waste time and money. Had the worst time. Cruise is managed horribly and very chaotic.We were seated at last table and paid for A/C and all we got was warm air blowing in our direction. They were allowing people to get food table by table, but even before we were able to get food, they were letting people get seconds causing space to be over crowded and people pushing each other.Most people in our family got upset stomachs after eating here.Again I would say money and time is better spent elsewhere.

I arranged birthday party as cruise was looking very nice but inside music system was not working, no mic facility, staff not cooperative , commitment not fulfilled, food was shortage for guest. finally i can say i was disappointed with service in-front of my guest

This cruise was one of the worst tourist experiences of my life. The food was so bad that we would have been better off not going to the cruise in the first place.They should start marketing it as bad food experience cruise instead of dinner cruiseThe boat was nice looking from the outside, and i had high hopes given Dubai standards.The bathroom had no water and was very unclean.The lentil soup tasted like porridge you give to 6 month old kids, the roti/ bread was cold and hard as stone(i was one of the first few that was in queue for food. The fish was stale, chicken stew was boiled chicken floating in red oily water, the kebabs were bland, dry and left a bad taste in the mouth, the butter chicken sauce was undercooked and tasted like sweet tomato puree, the gulab jamun had melted in the sugar syrup on arrival.The vegetarian food was bland as well. There was no respite from the pitiful way the food was made and served. The dal makhani was a brown dal with no salt, spice or taste. The chole masala was overcooked and greasy.The noodles were all sticky and smelled funky. The plain rice was good but cold even on first serving.Salad and fruits were the only edible part of the buffet.Overall a very bad experience for a cruise and not worth a single unit of any currency that comes to mind.Highly not suggested.

A big no no to this cruise company...!!!Pathetic service, not reliable staff, no food served....!!!We booked this for 4 adults and got a table, as soon as the food counter was opened, people rushed and took some food. Within 15 - 20 mins, everything got over. When I ask the management about it, they say its on the way, we are getting it, we will arrange etc (Fact is no food available). We didnt even get the main course, forget about the other stuff like sweet and deserts.The boat manager lied to me, they were just beating around the bush rather avoiding to tell the truth.Very sad service and not at all worth it.

I visited couple of days back with my family at creek .Food was very good we decided to enjoy the dinner again but Food was changed.It was horrible.No tasteNo presentationPasta was in water.No taste of mix veg.Very low quality of RiceFalcon oasis management.I believe u guys should refund our money.Thank you.

It was horrible . The cruise was cancelled because of weather conditions that was ok but we were not informed that the cruise os cancelled. They called us inside and were made to eat in cramped up place with food not refilled and served properly and asked to leave the moment we finished and were told later that the cruise is cancelled.Even half money was not returned . This is pathetic management. Inspite of paying so much money for the cruise it was badly managed and handled. Staff absolutely rude .would never recommend.

Very bad, I do not recommend that. Food was awful, Service was catastrophic, we went offshore one hour after it was planned. We get some Pepsi which was mixed with water.Glasses were dirty. I get some disease on my lips.And when I asked waiter for a milk, he said yes I will bring it but he never showed up :-)I would like to give - 10 on that, if I could. I really don’t recommend.Good luck to people who will take that.

Went for falcon cruise and Food was horrible, quantities were not enough and most of the sodas were without fizz. Furniture was rundown. 😧The only good thing was the first dance performance. RestWas just ok. Will not recommend to anyone.

1. Delayed departure by 1 hour!2. Horrible food3. Unorganized entertainment - Performances only for one section of the boat!4. Extremely poor management of crowd. They opened buffet even before the boat left and people crowded the entire buffet area - no queue, no ushers to manage the people who behaved as if they were starving for a year!!!Horrible experience would be an understatement!!!

A travel agency booked us with this restaurant unaware that it had so many negative reviews here. We are so disappointed with the services as well as with the quality of food. Restaurant are too crowded. It really ruined the family night.

Bad experince, was stuck in a traffic and late for one of the dhiw cruise. Call them well in advance, however they did not change the dates even though the ship is never full. Never again with this company!

If you value your time and money, if you want to enjoy, if you dont want to be stressed DO NOT TAKE THIS CRUISEStarting from boarding: we arrived to the boarding gate at 7 50 pm, initially boarding ment to be starting at 8 and departure time was 8 30. There was a heavy crowd of indians, lots of crying babies, shouting, very noisy in general. I couldnt understand what was going on, noone were saying anything, no tickets were given, the crowd was pushing the gate, it was a mess and already looked like a horrible experience. We would rather leave! boarding as we expected to be never started, instead a guy who was holding the gate door was randomly opening for some. They were all the time talking in their indian language, so it seemed to me like he is giving a preference to his fellow nationals. We stayed aside for a while giving a chance to those uncivilized crowd to jump in, as we thought it must be by tickets. Not at all! It was unorganized mess! my tries to talk to any representative failed cause they were all saying that we have to wait. Afterall after all indians boarded and they were given best seats, somebody told us that we could seat at the lower deck at the worst table for 8 people in the middle of the deck! Well thanks but no! We left that horrible place and decided to not take a cruise. It was a disgusting worst experience, hectic, unorganized , uncivilized public. Noone of the westerns would enjoy for sure. I regret a lot that this happened to us in such a beautiful city of Dubai

People were behaving like uneducated. If i can i will give Zero star. There dance performace was also bad in the comparison to other cruise.

Horrible cruise. I went with my family on their iftar cruise from Dubai marina yesterday.it was cold food and the took us 30 mins in the queue to get our food. I will not recommend this cruise. Don’t wast your money please

Cheated by giving table at lower deck despite booking in time. Whats their criteria of giving table on upper deck. All are paying same, they can ask if they dont have table on upper deck. Totally ruined my evening. Mr Shiva didnt copeate at all. Rude crew and useless food. Overcrowded outing dangerous load on upper deck. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The atmosphere is beautiful looking at Dubai landmarks and its wonderful lights at night .. But the only thing to be taken into consideration is the attention to the conditioner inside the boat .. because it was free .. The upper floor is in the air dish .. and sweet atmosphere

Tour with the boat not worthy to do you paid too much, food was horrendous the boat and dinner tour at Abra Old Dubai much more enjoyable and food is much better
