Pathetic service provided by Emirates Desert Safari!The driver was so unprofessional, rude, dominating and threatening! The moment from the begining of our journey he had some or other issue and he was continuously talking on phone while driving, he also introduced himself as one of the owners of Emirates Desert Safari Group. At one point of time I requested him to take his full payment of AED 700 and drop us to our home only, but he didnt agree for that too, we were with family and kids and we were really scared of his ways!!!We missed the camel ride, we missed the show in the camp, we got dune bashing for exactly 4 minutes, that also after literally fighting with Mr Driver!!While we were returning back to home, there was one extra person in the cab , though we had booked the 7 seaters with extra price exclusively for our family only!Everything went so bad and I was about to call Dubai Police because of Mr Drivers rude and arrogant behaviour in front of my family, wife and kids, but his fellow drivers requested me not to do so.It was a complete waste of money and time!!!

Their Dhow Cruise Marina Dubai was VERY disappointing and not worth it! There was no music or entertainment as advertised. When we asked why, they said because of religious holy day. They did not advise of this! We paid all this money to eat average food and go around in a marina that wasnt very nice. Also, the boat left at nearly 9pm (half hour delay) so was not 2 hours cruise and they did not open the buffet until the boat left! Also the driver who picked us up was lovely enough but the route he took avoided tolls so a 15-20 minute drive took over an hour :/

My family and I went on a Desert Safari Tour with Atlanta tours. It was great. A one hour drive to the sand dunes then after letting some air out of the Landcruisers tyres the fun began. A bit of a roller coaster ride at times. A short stop for photos at sunset then its off to dinner, Arabic style. Yum. A Camel ride and a show made for a great night out. We chose Atlanta, but there are so many companies to choose from. Do it.

My family and I went on a phoenix Desert Safari Tour with Mr. ali It was great and wonderful experience ever for the first timer. we really enjoyed a lot in the camps.

Need to give them a hats off for POOR MANAGEMENT. Only a 5 Minute Ride for Dune Bashing. Poor Quality of food. Your turn on the camel ride will not come even if you wait an hour in the Que.Excellent performances of Tanoura Dance, Fire Dance and Belly Dance - Thumbs up to the performers!

Driver arrived 40 minutes later for pick up. Driver not speaking English. Dune tour only 10 minutes becasue driver was in delay. Dinner and show are OK but remaining of organization really bad. Do not waste time and money.

One of the most unprofessional tours. I was waiting for more than 2 hours for the pickup vehicle and had to finally cancel the tour. Whole day got wasted. Rates might be competitive but at what cost. Will never go even if they offer for free.

Overall it was a bad experience. Firstly, I was asked to come to a pickup location at 2 45 pm. And the driver reached there at 4 pm. That shows their punctuality rt ?. During this time I had to call the driver no of times and he finds hard time understanding what I am saying.The driver doesnt know basic engilsh . And also he wanted me to take taxi and come to another pickup location , neglacting to the fact that he was one hour late. After all this chaos i finally reached desert just minutes before sunset. And when it comes to food , it was below average. The quality of food was not good

Best Safari Experience specially Dune Bashing in Red Dunes was amazing, belly dancer and Tanura Dancer were really professional.

Very very bad experience. with sharjah branch......at the time of booking they informed 25 min land cruser ride but actually given was 10 min. for delux package. The management is not responding even after nos of call. There is no sufficient space in pickup car. The driver doesnt know the location of pick up. Very poor rating...not recommended to anyone.

To avoid!!!!!! Do not spend your time or money. The camp was overcrowded, the queu for the camel which lasted 30 minutes to last 2minutes for more than 1h of queu.Nobody accomodates you on the camp nobody explains to you anything it is a pickup of person to the chain to gain the most possible money.Dune bashing of 2min (just the time to arrive at the camps and the driver pretends to take big dunes to spell the tourist)The employees of the company are not even visible if you had a pb or you do not like to arrive on the spot you had to wait until 20h for cars to redepose you at the bus and car that will take you to your hotel. Unpleasant drivers car that once again explains nothing. Cars come and go in the dark night. A rough English, a total disorganization, a price to raise for a service disgrace if your only goal and market on the dunes and enjoy the desert go alone in your car park on the side of the road (do not venture into the sand with the car care) and enjoy yourself from the desert family are free to return when you wish and avoid the crowd of the camp.Pheonix tour never again !!!!!!!!!!!!
