Poo’s Recommendation : Lamb green chili soy, Schezwan fried rice, Garlic manchurian, crispy TofuDelicious food! We had some insanely scrummy food. Staff were really attentive and lovely. We were starving so tried the majority of the menu, safe to say we left happy and very full. We’d really recommend this hidden gem. I particularly enjoyed the Lamb chili soy, it’s mouth watering.We will be back soon! The food was excellent quality and everything was really tasty.

A great authentic asian Chinese restaurant.I ordered many items, tried their sweet and sour chicken, beef in black pepper, noodles hakka chicken, egg fried rice, chicken spring rolls, chickn dimsums & crispy chili chicken dry. Everything was amazing. Portions were big and food arrived fresh and on time. A must try 👌👌

This particular location #chinchin my last to last experience was worst my last experience was even more worse decision I had come in withy family last week the 2 lady staff not at all welcoming customer service skills very poor I had to call them every time I wanted to place a new dish none of them were ready to attend us like the last time the manager called me ones explained him the issue and the same thing the girls had so much attitude problem rather then giving a good experience it turns out to be worse it was my anniversary so my cousins just bought a cake to suprise me the staff couldnt provide us to lighter to light one dam candle the inside area was smoky due to the kitchen #worstcustomerservice .food was Salt starchy the next day me and my family had stomach aches some the Schezwan noodles were not at all Schezwan! The egg fried rice was okay, and the chicken taipei was spicy! really spicy! but not the best chicken taipei ive tried. Worst experience ever. Never ever going to order chinese from chin chin again. What do you think of your customers. I have lived in china and i can tell what chinese food is. All the three dishes made in same sauce, i really don’t know what to say. The sauce even tasted the same. No difference of even salt. Seemed the made all in one sauce.

Despite the most talked virus from China, we still preferred chinese food for lunch so we ordered it from Chin Chin.We always order fried noodles here but this time we decided to try their other menu.We had crispy beef, drums of heaven, chicken dimsum, mixed schezwan fried rice with prawn, mixed hakka noodles and seafood souo.All these are delicious and highly recommended.This restaurant is one of my top pick restos offering Chinese cuisine.They delivery was quick and the food was still steaming hot when it arrived.

Wed heard the chinese food at chin chin was good and agree based on what we tried recently. Delivery was on time and we enjoyed all the food out of which our favorites were the fish chilli dry(5/5) as well as the thai red curry(5/5) 🤤. Schwan fried rice were amazingly bad.. I never expected Chin Chin to go down in taste. Quality wise I thought they were good. But sorry not worth at all. Chicken Chilly was fine.

I don’t know why I “give it another shot”. Chin chin does not taste good anymore. They did when they were on a very small scale. I ordered food with my friends at 12:30 am through Zomato, the food did not show up until 3, so we made the same order on talabat and it shows up at 5:25 am. I ordered the black pepper sauce chicken noodles, which is inedible food. I am Indian, and I couldn’t handle the spice in the first bite. A friend ordered jasmine rice sweet chill chicken, and it was super gooey. We literally threw away all the food worth 200 aed.

Home style fried rice is the best.I was ordering schezwan fried rice all the time after trying the home style fried rice it topped the list! Never gonna have schezwan as long as Home style fried rice is on the menu!

Pathetic Service, Place is very dirty. Staff were shouting on each other in kitchen. Worse Hot and Sour Soup. Staff is rude. When I gave my feedback about Hot and Sour soup, waitress did not show any positive response and totally ignored me. Really Upset with the taste and service.Other Chin Chin outlets in silicon oasis and international city are much better in Taste, Ambience and Service.

I like Chinese foods, generally and I like this restaurant before. But this latest visit, the rice was of a cheap type, the vinegar is so strong on the sweet and sour. The customer service was a disaster.

Worst branch ever ... Only take out from there dont sit

Went there first time yesterday with friends,as an lover of ChinChin noddles couldn’t wait to enjoy it especially that weather was lovely and we decided to eat at the terrace.However waitress approached us with lazy attitude and we were only guests at the time .Waitress served us cutlery without chopsticks so I went inside to ask for it ,saw chiefs and another waitress who told me that they don’t have chopsticks despite the fact that I have ordered noodles and another Chinese dishes and nobody informed me even before placing order so I could have choice of going somewhere else as I cannot imagine eating Chinese food with another cutlery.Waitress insisted that they are out of the stock when I got really upset and chief approached me ,understood situation and went around the corner (I guess that’s the store room) and brought big bag with chopstick within 2minutes!!!!Food was really excellent.When I asked waitress for bill she approached me with credit card machine in hand and verbally said amount of my bill.I was shocked !Only after third time I asked for bill ,waitress went to print the bill and pass it to me in bill folder .I have never been served this way in UAE,was the worst experience I ever had .Hope that this will bring awareness to concern person and that needful will be done in order to avoid disappointment of other customers.

We come to the Jumeirah branch usually and it is very good over there, the staff the food. But in this branch the staff was not friendly we waited for 10 minutes before someone even came to take our order, and it was not that they were busy even the African lady I called her two times but I felt she listened and just ignored, at the time for paying for the bill I walked to the cash counter myself and the lady she is just looking and not saying anything then I had to tell her the bill. The food was not as good as compared to the Jumeirah branch it was not very hot would not come to this branch again, my INV# TE-20-83995

Recently the quality of food & the taste has gone from bad to worst. TECOM branch disappointed me by sending refried drums of heaven+tasteless chicken manchurian+ clear chicken soup when i had ordered manchow soup+ extra oily golden garlic fried rice.Ravi the restaurant manager guaranteed me that the next time he will take care, but the will i order again?

Very small place for seating and not extraordinarily good Chinese.

For the deliveries from Chin Chin Barsha Heights, food is not always as tasty as their own other branches. You will receive an incomplete order and one dish Will be outright missing. Or one dish serving will be delivered with less than half the quantities they usually serve. To their credit, they usually quietly deliver the missing dish immediately within 15-20 minutes after you call them. This does not happen with their other branches.

Ive been here a few times late at night because its open 24/7. Nothing there has favorably impressed me. The flavors often seem oddly sweet and inauthentic, with more of an Indian than Chinese influence, and it can be hard to find basic, traditional Chinese dishes like potstickers or steamed buns. The inside is small and cramped, and the A/C was loud and was dripping condensation on me. At least when its cooler, its pleasant to eat outside.

Negative feedback !!!I received my kast two orders very cold and without spoons and forks. The worst branch for Chin ChinThis is my third bad experience with Chin Chin !! The first one in sharjah branch and two for this branch.

We ordered from chin chin app. And on the first order we get 25% discount. Food quality was good and big portion.

The Beijing eggplant dish was fantastic. Best to sit outdoors to keep from kitchen smells coming on to your clothes. Service was adequate and I like that no one asked me how was my food every 5 minutes.

The service has horribly gone down. No one serves at table. U need to keep screaming for tissues, sauce, fork. Chicken dimsum was a big no. The filling of chicken inside was so cold. Felt like it was heated in microwaved and served. This is when there was no other customer on any other table.

One of the best restaurant in Barsha Heights for Chinese dishes. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. A Newly opened park is beside the restaurant with kids playing area, also Park n Shop is in the same building.Restaurant is open 24x7,Outside seating is also available and best time to visit the restaurant is the evening. Nothing can beat a mouthful of tasty food and the awesome night views of high rise buildings in Barsha heights.We normally do dine in as the delivery takes bit longer time, normally food is served with in 15-20 minutes once we place the order for dine in.We have visited this restaurant multiple times and we tasted different Noodles and Fried Rices, Dimsum, Crispy Babycorn Garlic Dry, vegetable spring rolls and soups. Food quality is really good for the price they offer.The restaurant staffs are polite and friendly.

Ordered chicken rice, heaven drumsticks, chicken chilli dry, crispy beef and hot and sour soup and yes chicken rolls I could be wrong in taking exact names from the menu but everyone who is fimiliar with Chinese food will know. So soup was really good no smell of egg intact there was no smell of egg in anything I had which was a blessing for me as I left eating Chinese way earlier because of the smell of raw egg so it wins that part but the chicken meat was very fluffy and not meat like so I did not like that and it wasnt chilli more than chilli it was sour and crispy beef was average and rolls were average and chicken rice were also average. There was nothing extraordinary to talk about the food. But the service was quick.
