The whole place is average and I am disappointed at many of the misleading reviews here. First, there is the flies issue that some reported here. That will take at least a star off from my rating. You cant serve food to people in your premise when you know it is infested with flies. This is unhygienic and super annoying for customers. Second, the shawarma sandwich was very salty and sour. Someone needs to tell the chef to go easy on the vinegar or whatever sour ingredients he uses. The whole place is small and not very clean, and they prepare everything behind closed doors, and that is something that looks a bit fishy for me. I need to be able to see at least partly how they prepare stuff. Judging by the number of flies on the tables, I presume the kitchen is even worse.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone be honest.

Top rated food...home style food with unbelievable home baked bread! Definitely a place to try and come back to time and again. Excellent service and the owner is usually there to supervise

Homemade food and very good quality

This could be based on personal opinion and one time order. Had the sojok (Lebanese susage) delivered. The sojok was all crashed and undercooked. Couldnt finish the sandwich and never ordered again. That was more than 6 month ago. Other sandwiches on their menu could be better though.

Located at the junction. With the few options available in JVC. This is an average restaurant compared to Dubai standards but above average compared to jvc options. You should give it a try and try their shawarma and some other dishes. Please. Be there only if you like non veg and Arabic food.

Marmarita Dubai Restaurant is a fantastic traditional arab food experience! Fresh meat and vegetables, for example lovely spicy and delicious shawarma. My favorite for valuable eating and drinking in the UAE. I love it!

Amazing food with good prices and the most friendly team to deal with. We fell in love with their Shaworma. I tried Tahina Kofta and it was great choice. Try their Neutella pie.

(As I originally posted on FB on 20th May 2017. Update: Yes, they do have wifi):My friend and I just went there for coffee and we ended up having lunch.From the very first moment, everything felt good: the friendly welcome by the staff, the simple yet stylish decor, the coolness of the sitting area, the suggestion of a freshly-made Lemon & Mint as we had walked over for 20 mins (and its pretty hot and sunny outside), the menu - decent selection and nicely priced, the food that tasted good and gives one this homemade feeling, the generous portions (we were stuffed!), the additional bits of cheese and appetiser salad kindly thrown in, the second warm welcome by the owner (?) when he arrived a few minutes later, the fact that he approached us after eating to see if we would change or suggest to improve anything on the food, the new things that were not mentioned before (availability of shawarma - and wifi coming up later this week)... Very pleasantly surprised!I think I have found my new hangout place... :-)

I tried chicken pizza and kofta with tahini. The pizza was delicious and very delicious️️️️. The kofta was also very large. I highly recommend it. The place is simple and very modest and its prices are suitable. I would recommend him.
