One of the best supermarket in discovery garden . The most flexible supermarket , who delivers 10 aed product on time . I must say sunrise supermarket has been a blessing for me during lockdown and even now . They never said “NO “ & they ever deliver on time . It’s almost 4 months I have been ordering grocery from them . Never has any bad experience. vegetables ,fruits & other stuff are too good in quality . If they don’t have good quality product , they refuse to give . I have never seen such genuine grocery store . Highly recommended the place .

A Huge Market of Needy Goods

We made order Discovery gardens branch around 8 clk today now time is 12.30 till now order is not delivered.we called 10.30 counter guy informed as delivery guy already left .but not delivered and again we called around 12 clk again same reply delivery Guy just left. Very worst delivery services and very irresponsible answers from counter.

I waited for almost 3 hours and the Mutton that I ordered was soo bad that only waste pieces and full fat only in the meat..Will never order here..

Poor delivery services.. Grocery items came after more than 2 hours, and when I received it,. It was incomplete and the other item was not there.. Happened 3times already,. Knowing that my building is just in front of their store, they should deliver early..

Most shelves are empty in recent days. Noodles, cup noodles, milk not available most of the time.

The guy who picks up the phone is usually so rude. He doesn’t answer properly and finds it difficult to understand any language. Most of the things are not available. And 9 out of 10 times u will get a call back within 10 min. Of placing the order that they have most of the things ordered not available.

Indian snacks , fruits & Vegetables are available. Especially south Indian. Shop looks clumpsy. Fish is fresh mostly. Delivery is ok. fresh bakery not available. Prices are cheap when compared to other shops in the same locality.

AC never works and all the food stuff is with humid water. No cleanliness inside the supermarket.

My child was Ordered 2 litre milk while I was not in home @ 5.00pm. they told will be reached in one hour. he was waited two hour and called back, they mentioned person is already left for delivery but he did not come. again my child reminded @ 8.00pm that time they told the same. when I came home @9.00pm I called them and that time also they said same the person is already left for delivery. again I called 9.45pm they told same. again I called 10.45 they told same finally they did not delivered and my Childs went school without having Milk.The point is they should not tell Lie, and play with customers, if home service are not possible they should tell straight way.Its ridicules , and irresponsible service observed.
