I found a lot of useful and varied items. It is not found in any other hypermarket. But not getting any guidelines from staff. Now they have started the vegetable and meat section. Very nice

This is a huge supermarket, you will get everything whatever you are looking for. Different ranges products are available but mainly 1-20aed. This is Two floor supermarket.

Went there to buy kids stuff and was not disappointed. All that I needed was available and with a budget price. So many varieties and you can say it is a one stop shop if you want to buy stationary, toys etc. Highly recommend this place . Also ample parking available. Location right in the city.

Day To Day Al Fahidi Hyper market is worthy. This the my most visited place in Dubai for my essentials. This is for all people who wants to save money. I found many useful things which we cannot find in other hyper markets, but some of them are missing too. This place is very congested. Staffs are not that helpful. But I prefer to go there again and again because I get good products for less.

Be Careful while shopping this place, specially products from cosmetics and body, product quality needs to be improved. Its more feel like a copy of products.

I love this shop for spending time and buy the things with a lot of collection in all categories....

Very poor and disappointing customer service today ..dont keep the proper barcode and when we ask them why you didnt keep before displacing, they reply dont purchase items without barcodes and billing lady not even show courtesy to tell us why she is making us wait at counter because of barcode issue and.when I asked her she says you know the barcode then I will bill.this is the reply of the staff of day to day at Al fahidi store..I want to ask day to day management is it customer fault to pick the items of non barcoded in store or staff responsible ???? I met the manager of the store of no use he simple nodes this head,neither speaks nor understand whats going on.i never visits this store again as its doesnt care of customers...

Lots of items to choose from but all staff not helpful. The cashiers are not helpful at all. Since it is covid time we asked for gloves and they said buy them their open one finished. Its also very crowded. Nobody is bothered about Covid and are not taking care. They have sale on Tuesday but only on selected items which are usually not good.

All items are available at very affordable pricing. Items include bags, clothes, footwear, decorative items, kids stationery, soap n shampoos, n almost all household items. They have started with grocery items as well but its range is limited. Shop doesnt offer free parking and getting parking next to shop is bit difficult at least on weekends.

You can find pretty much everything there, but the qualities arent very good but all the stuff are cheap and reasonable. I dont buy things for my self as I like to use high quality things. You may buy things for yourself or to give somebody as a gift.

The collection is good with real value for money. Almost everything with huge stocks. Only issue I felt was the attitude with staff, many were really not helpful and with lot of attitude except a few good ones.

Very cool shop with lots of fun and intriguing items. Prices are great. Its generally very very busy though so be ready to bump into a crowd. Removing one star because I found it was rather sketchy when I visited with people trying to sell you random cellphones and counterfeit goods while you walk in.

I would have given minus if it is possible... yesterdays (Monday) experience was worst... I visited this place arround 10:30 PM with one of my relative and staff was putting Tuesday offer sticker on items and said it will be applicable from 11 pm.. so we spend lots of time for selection and finally on the billing counter they said offer is not applicable so we simply asked atleast inform to you floor staff so no one else waste there time for selecting products because of this offer they were very rude and said asked inform to manager...when we went to manager, he was also very rude and said today is Monday and offer is for Tuesday and not ready to listen anything 🙄 and also place is very crowded and no social distancing

I love day 2 day. Im always coming there to buy my stuff. Specially clothes and kitchen items. The staff are nice and helpful B.ut last night i encountered a rude staff around 7 30 to 8 in the ladies jeans section he is a small guy curly hair his little bit white. it likes he doesnt want to help me to find my size. And he keeps ignoring what im asking. And all the jeans that im checking his folding it and keeping it back to the shelf. Its so disgusting. When i ask if you have a fitting room he answer my husband in hindi language.im calling the management of day to day al fahidi branch I think you need to give him a proper customer service. And i hope it will npt happen again to other customer!!!

They are offering low price items and the best part of it they have a tuesday madness wherein they are having a sale on selected items. Electronic section guy named NAJR, am not sure about correct spelling but when I asked him about his name it sounds like this.Today morning, I was looking for a small paint brush, and asked this guy. He told me no paint brush, which I know impossible because I bought from D2D Fahidi already but because they changed the positions, I cant find it easily. I asked another guy, he said no paint brush, (he doesnt want to give his name) and i was like, why they dont want to sell?? :) I asked the lady cashier and she said that I have to asked salesman, I was like, I keep asking but they are too lazy too check!! Anyway, i think salesman have to be trained and be informed about their job.
