Catastrophic service from rhea. Droped my racket to be re-strung and asked when can I pick it up, she asked to call later to find out. I called later and spoke to rhea, who told me to come pick it up the same day. I came the next day and the racket was handed back to me but not re-strung! When rhea was faced with the facts she played it was not me/I dont remember card.That was my 1st time going to sports one and also my last time. I will not recommend that place.
