Imagine going to the store and being approached by one of the employees to assist you. You accept it delightfully as that makes it easier to find what you want. However, you get criticised for what you want and are given suggestions for alternatives. It’s good to suggest alternatives, but only after they help you search for what you want. Not immediately getting suggested with alternatives before even them helping you search or find what you want.It’s a shame to be treated this way from a store that is « well-known ». You expect them to train their employees better...

Had an issue with a cycle i purchased from there being delivered very late after a human error. But Abed and Alaa (the store managers) went out of their way to sort it out. The driver they sent with the cycle was also very professional and had impressive knowledge of the bike (i believe his name was Sadat Ali). Would recommend this store.

Be careful !!! the online  system of sun and sand sports is a crab Im having very bad experience with them I bought a football shoes last July 21st received the item on 24th but the size was not correct so I wated to return it back on the same day and till now Im unable to request a refund because the system needs to update the status of the item as delivered..The dark comedy is I have communicated this error from that day on direct chat, calls emails, and chat box notifications but to no avail.. the issue is not fixed..I do buy lots of stuff online and I dont usually write any feedback or comments but this time Im truly feeling rage bue to their carelessness ..So be careful when try to buy from them online..

I only would blame the manager Alaa.He has promised to have my exchange done for a wrong size and have a call back done for me in 3 days. now its 6 days! He gave a number 04 2843595 which is a scam number(as they never pick up the call).

If you need sports gear then this is the place to go.We were looking for an Elliptical and also a rowing machine.Ahmed Mohamed Naguib who is a retail tram leader provided the best customer service I have ever had ! He made sure we got the best equipment for our requirements at the best price. Going well beyond what he needed to.Every company needs a customer service representative like him, his level of salesmanship is what everyone sales person should aspire to be like.When we need anything Sports related in the future we will go back and buy from Ahmed, we have also recommended him to all of our friends.

Never ever order online from this company! Worst customer service ever. You will spend an hour trying get a contact number to speak to someone, they don’t let you exchange sizes in store. They take more than a week to get your delivery. I also question the authenticity of the shoe I am always a size 8 in Nike and these were a full size smaller even though saying size 8. Then they informed me they cannot exchange my size just give me a online credit after I have paid for shipping. So by the time you can get the right size shoe this whole process will take 1 month. Maybe management should look at business models like Namshi who know how to run a business, and not make such inconvenience for the customer.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Never go to stores as well, I will never recommend to anyone. (I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE POINTS IF IT IS ALLOWED)If the product is defective, they are not doing proper inspection just keep it few days and return. And you have to live with it. “CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD” They lure you with sweet talks but no results. You will not be satisfied with overall experience with SSS.

Ive contacted Sjad (the manager) to fix my treadmill many and many times but Ive never encountered a manager who is as careless as him.I guess Sun and sand used to have a very good reputation but that has changed obviously. Once you purchase something from them, it over! Good luck getting anything fixed.

The shopping experience in this store was really terrible and I will never set foot in this store again! First, the delivery is slow, contrary to the promise of the salesman at the time of payment! It took ten days to receive the order. And before the purchase did not inform the next few days there will be a discount, is completely deceive consumers. After receiving the goods, I was informed by my friend that the store was offering a discount of 500 dirhams. This is fraudulent sales! The second is after-sales service. The bike I received broke down in a few days. The salesman asked me to take the bike to the shop to replace it. I believed him and carried the bike to their shop on my own. They accepted it without any receipt and their manager was present at the time. After several days I still have not received the new bicycle, so I ask about their salesman many times, and go to their store many times, want to know what time to get a new bike, and also want to know where did you buy a bike before me, ever sent to the service center to replace, the salesman always said they have sent in the past. But I dont know when I will receive the new bike. The salesman gave me the number of the service center manager and asked me to contact him to find out where the bikes were. I called and was told they hadnt received any bikes. I realized that I had been cheated again. Its been 20 days since I sent my bike to the store. I really dont want to wait, I also know cheated! So I decided to get a refund. But my request was turned down. I was so annoyed that I immediately complained about the store. A few minutes later, the service center called and said they found my bike and it would be delivered to my house in the afternoon after it was repaired. Maintenance? What about the replace new bike you promised? replace it with a new one? Completely cheated, from sales to after-sales to customer service. I dont want to waste any more time writing about my bad experience. I just want to tell everyone to stop visiting this shop. Its not worth it and you will regret it. This store is not worth even one star.

Lousy customer reception. Reham and Magna, whom they call themselves in charge can not substantiate and factuate their store return policy. Only to say its used and can not be exchanged for different size. The slipper we purchased was tried on by my autistic 7 year old and due to his sensitivity issues, we opted for another size after 10 minutes of trial.They like passing the buck without trying to give options to the client, only option is no option. Tough luck Mr. Customer.. Now stuck with uncomfortable slipper for sensory heightened autistic child.I ask management to have quantifiable definitions of what is deemed not acceptable for exchange for their books.

It’s the worst sports shop ever in Dubai. Their policies serve their best interests only with no flexibility at all towards their customers. I’m typing this based on an experience with the store. The staff are rude and have high ego. Poor store. Will never step in there again.

I bought an Asics running shoe for AED820/- The sales person at sun and Sands assures me that the product is covered under warranty for any damage. I use it only for treadmill and usual gym exercise. When I went to the show room they made me run around for some time and then finally the store guy agreed to take it up with customer service. And after a week they advised me that this cannot be replaced coz the damage is due to misuse. Its a horrible experience. Never buy products from sun and Sands. If my issues they wouldnt help.
